Four Seasons Beijing5.0 out of 5.0

Bedrooms are large - larger than your typical US Four Seasons rooms, and at least as comfortable. The bathrooms are large and well-appointed - just like you'd want in your own home. Breakfast is a buffet, and offers a wide selection of Chinese and Western choices. Everything I tried was excellent. Croissants are easy to bake, but hard to do well. You can tell the quality of the chefs here - their croissants would satisfy a Parisian. There are a few nice treats as well, like kiwi juice and house-cured salmon. I had lunch one day at the Italian restaurant. It came with a strong recommendation from a friend, and so I had high expectations going in. Like breakfast, everything was a treat. The Wagyu was definitely a standout. The gym is well equipped with free weights, machines and treadmills/bikes. Importantly for me, it was never crowded and wasn't left waiting for a machine to become available. The pool area is beautiful. The club lounge is spacious and welcoming. It offers breakfast also with all the standard stuff, both Western and Chinese, but there's a wider selection downstairs. Evening is where the club lounge shines. No way you'll go hungry or thirsty with all the hot and cold options. The staff does not disappoint. They could not be more welcoming, pleasant or professional.
The personal service at this hotel is unmatched. My family was met at the airport with arranged assistance through immigration and customs and quickly shuttled to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were met with a full array of support staff (including the hotel's general manager) and given a royal welcome. I have never had a better hotel experience.
The Concierge Team is wonderful. They took care of our every need -- and made the short weekend visit so easy, from car services the entire weekend, to ticket and dinner bookings. Attentive, courteous, speedy... they are top notch! Thank you!
Very nice hotel. Excellent staff who were attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I slept well each night. Food was very good. Bar area is comfortable with good snacks You will enjoy your stay there
Plesant 5 Star Hotel to stay. I was on a business trip and first time stayed in this 5 Star Hotel. This hotel is clean and staff receptions are nice and helpful. Hotel room and the decorations are very pleasant and relax.
its the most fantastic hotel in beijing, so nice,so clean so beautiful, i love 4 seasons beijing ! xie xie , simply great! bed, breakfast, bathroom, decoration, staff, art, design everything exquisite.
this hotel was really good. we went there at the end of our trip in asia and were exhausted so we spent most of our time in the hotel (were in beijing 3 days). the chinese restaurant was absolutely delicious, really worth the money. and the beds were the most comfortable beds ive ever been on, my mom and i still talk about how comfortable the beds were. the italian restaurant had a reall friendly server that served us and was tasty. the bar was nice and had a good atmosphere and drinks were nice; do not order evian water though its 8 times more expensive than usual. the swimming pool is big and has a nice view and the gym is good as well. spa was relaxing and the high tea had amazing cakes (expensive but worth it again) if you can afford this hotel and its commodities take advantage of them as even a year later (when i am writing this review) i still remember what a good time i had!
Overall stay was okay, but disappointed that the hotel does not follow up on previous commitments. indeed, following an issue a year ago, the hotel promised some upgrades when I was next visiting. unfortunately, they "forgot" about these commitments, and I ended up with nothing.....which now means I will no doubt stay at another hotel on my next visit in December.
The Concierge staff are the best in the world. They are knowledgeable, personable and eager to help. They were an invaluable group. They ensured that all issues and potential irritants were removed before they could occur.
We were accomodated for 5 nights with a 5 year old child. The Four Seasons bedroom was excellent. Check in and check out very convenient too thanks to a VIP welcome. I would recommand Four Seasons Hotel Liangmaqiao Beijing for the excellent quality of all services
