This was a very nice hotel with a very comfortable bed. Minor problems were that there was not enough room to store clothing and it was difficult to make the room cool enough. But I would gladly stay here again.

Nice hotel close to subway, train stations, lots of places to eat.

Great View, clean room, breakfast bar is really nice. Compared to other hotels in Beijing with price range, it is number one choice. PS: make sure you ask for high floor, and facing the clock side.

Enjoyed the stay, lots of restaurents, close to Tiananmen square

I have visit a lot of places around the world, however, this place has got to be one of the worse. I am familiar with the Holiday Inn brand and even know the family of the founders. I don't think they would be happy at all with this facility. The first room they put us in had not been cleaned. There were half drunken water bottles on the desk and the bed had not been made. The second room had no doors for either the bathroom and the shower. I was sharing the room with my 28 year son, so it was incredibly awkward not to have that privacy.

Great gym and pool, indoor golf was great . But had a sewer smell in room. Had to pull the drains with towels to prevent the smell .

My daughter-in-law and granddaughter really liked staying at this hotel, and it was close to many things.

Great place to stay for the price. Great location and restaurants.

The location is wonderful, not far from Tiananmen Square. The public transportation is good, you can easily go from PEK International Airport to the hotel, taking the airport bus No. 3, at the cost of 24 yuan (= less than $4), a long ride. The buffet is wonderful, though the price is a little bit high, about $45 per person.

Great Value for the money. The staff is very nice. Remember, this is NOT the USA and as such things are different but overall it is a great place to stay!

Hotel was as expected. Room was clean and they had amenities with complimentary water. Wifi was not the best, couldn't browse on Safari but I think all wifi in China is pretty weak. Close to two subway stations, Jiangguo and Dongdan. Really convenient to call a taxi to the hotel and everyone knows this hotel, due to the attached convention center. Room was a good size, lots of outlets, and bathroom was pretty clean. Good value for the price. Would stay here again.

This is our third stay at this hotel. We chose this because of its location - close to places we wanted to visit. Airport to city bus stop is just outside side parking lot. Beijing station, subway station, supermarket, shopping mall, drugstore, and lots and lots of restaurants, eateries, food court within walking distance. The hotel is rated 5 star, most likely because it has a lot of amenities - convention center, business center, pool, fitness center, restaurants. However, the hotel and its facilities have seen their days. They are worn and tired. Needs remodel or at some facelift. Example, dirty and worn carpets in the room, entire bathroom (suggest at least re-grouting of the tiles and refinish porcelain bathtubs if not replaced), chipped furnitures (at least re-varnish). And for goodness sake, do something about the shower head and/or pipes. Water pours down in torrents like a waterfall! Such waste of water! Irony is there is a card asking guests to help save water by indicating no changing of bedsheets and towels!!! Furthermore, the drain cannot handle the amount of water, so the guest has to stand in dirty soapy bath water while showering. The water drains a few minutes after water is turned off. Then he needs to turn on the water again to wash his feet. 5 star hotels do not use threadbare towels that are no longer absorbent. They should be relegated to rags. Lastly, the entire staff, not only those at the front desk, should be trained to greet guests. Only guests who feel welcomed and pampered return. 5 STAR HOTELS DO NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO INSERT BUSINESS CARDS OF ADULT ENTERTAINMENT UNDER THE DOOR EVERY SINGLE NIGHT OF OUR STAY.

Have stayed here for several times this year. Most happy with the location (food, shopping, and subway) and the fitness facility. Enjoyed the treadmill and swimming pool all by myself on a few occasions. The room however would need an update, especially the bathroom and the carpet

It is a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel, and it is a good buy for anyone interested in visiting Beijing

The location was great. We could walk to Tiananmen square although it was quite a hike. The lounge on the top floor provided a spectacular view of downtown Beijing, although cocktails were very pricey. The staff spoke English well enough and they went out of their way to satisfy. The bathroom was a bit dated, but overall comfortable. And although there was free wifi, Google and Facebook were not accessible.

Good hotel with a perfect location to the train station and subways. Safe and clean area with many local restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful trip, for sure will back to this hotel! Family room with a king bed and a single bed, me, my mom and two kids, they upgrade my family room because they didn't have my room, I was very happy with that! Great locations!

The money was well worth the room I paid for! Staff was extremely friendly and spoke enough English for me to get where I needed to get. The only downside was they gave me a twin size instead of a King (to be fair, the booking did say OR). But even with that I didn't have a problem with the twin size! It was a great room.

Great location! I enjoyed this hotel. The location was good and queit. The staff was friendly. It would be good if they can offer some water.
