Bay Area Vacation Packages

I've stayed at Bay Landing several times, mainly because of its close proximity to SFO. The shuttle has been reliable each time, but allow adequate time because it makes stops at other hotels. Rooms and beds are very good and make for a good nights sleep. The staff was very friendly but I would make one recommendation. I needed an early check in, but instead of calling me by phone to tell me my room was ready, which is what excellent hotels do, they made me come back twice before I could get my room. It worked ok, but was extremely frustrating. However, I will stay there again in the future when I'm traveling to SFO.

Extremely well priced in a great area right in the heart of Union Sq/San Francisco and the room was very clean with the bedding & towels having that laundry fresh room smell. Yes, the room was quite small but perfectly manageable. If you want a bigger room in SF, be prepared to pay five times more. Staff all super friendly. And all the complaints about a free - yes FREE!! - breakfast in a 2 * hotel are baffling. What do you expect - vintage champagne, lobster and caviar? Besides, you really should be eating at one on San Francisco's countless superb eateries instead of filling up on dry muffins and cornflakes. Great hotel, 5 * all the way.

We had a lovely stay. We loved the European feel of the hotel. The rooms were small, but very nicely furnished. The staff was so kind and helpful, we were very pleased with our hotel choice. It is within walking distance of Union Square which suited us perfectly. I would recommend this hotel.

Best hotel breakfast...but the line was super long and crowded. First floor room had street sounds all night and they put us in a handicap room that we didn't need and the shower didn't work properly. The food is good and the bellman Abdur was an excellent person. He helped us make a really smooth exit and arranged beautiful transportation to cruise terminal pier 27
