Welcome to this comfy, cozy retreat. Enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Whether you’re here for work, school, or fun, this home offers the ideal mix of convenience, and location. Just 5 minutes from the airport, interstate (I-10), & Southern University. Visit Downtown BR and LSU in 12-15 minutes. Take a 7 minute drive and visit the BR Zoo. While you’re here, drive 9 minutes to visit Tony’s Seafood for a taste of Louisiana. Absolutely NO parties or large groups. No more than 4 guests allowed. There are 3 full size beds. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping. This is a welcoming, yet small home. My goal is to make it as comfortable as possible for all guests. Rules are strictly enforced.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a safe, and an ironing board.
