First time here. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was warm and good variety. The only problem was we left a stuffed animal at the hotel, which we realized 2 days later. The staff was very understanding and made sure we could pick it up on our return trip.
Overall, nice hotel. Great breakfasts and friendly staff. The hotel is starting to show its age - very dated and had a slight musty smell. Housekeeping services were poor. Our room was only cleaned 2 out of 5 days. I understood no housekeeping services on Christmas Day - I think it's great they gave ...
Very friendly staff, closeby to good inexpensive restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Only drawback was our room had a very strange smell. I dont know what it was but it made it hard to sleep. Aside from that, we had a great experience.
Very convenient and clean. I spent one night with my kids while we visited the Niagara Falls. Very pleasant staff, too.
Asked for wake up call at 5 we didn't get called. If we were catching a plane this would have been a serious problem. Set the alarm also but it didn't go off. There are no towel rakes or safety bars in the bathroom. Also bathroom isn't heated. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. no mircrowave in office either.
Excellent staff Basic hotel great price for a winter destination that not many travel too This was a short trip hotel was perfect for me Thanks
