Rented two rooms day of stay. Only one was accessible but paid for both. Specifically called regarding breakfast times so that my party could continue our journey on time, only to find out when we got up in the morning it didn't start for another hour. Ceiling in the shower was peeling down. Chair in the room was old and did not add to the aesthetic. Feel like I could have spent half the money to book a ross the street and had a smoother experience

Amanda checked us in - she was very welcoming, shared breakfast details and had us off to our room quickly. The room was very clean, spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. The walk-in shower was also big so much better than a tub type shower. Our floor was quiet and the area was very safe. Highly recommend for business or family travel.
Very friendly folks and a not bad breakfast served early. My only complaint was the room was a tad musty, as if the rug and been shampooed and was still damp.

helloi m very sorry that you had problem during your stay.i do not show any complain to my staff. and i m sorry but i can not find your reservation by only first name.it will be easier to find your reservation if you can provide your last name.and our breakfast time is 7a-9a mon to fri and 6a-10a on sat and sun posted on wall and front desk inform all the guest when they check inn.
