We used this small and cozy house as our"home base" to celebrate christmas with our out of town family. Bruce was very receptive and allowed us to extend our checkout time. The house itself was comfortable, he did a great job renovating it. It met our basic needs. We are used to staying at VRBOs that really spoil their guests, but I think Bruce can easily become a 5 star host if he employs a ' woman's touch' to address those small details that were lacking.

This was the first time I ever booked on VRBO or any other app. My daughter and I were extremely pleased. The location was so convenient for visiting family and attending various functions. The house was charming and spotless. Bruce Newton, our contact, responded immediately with any question we had. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to others.

Great place to stay in Batavia.

We were in Batavia for a few days visiting family. The property was well furnished and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Overall much better than staying in a hotel and we'd definitely be willing to stay here again.
