What you might expect for a hotel in this price point. Walking distance to a mall with average stores/restaurants (but just about anything you might need). The service staff had very good attitudes and the bartenders in particular, (Jose and another gentlemen -- sorry I forget his name), were OUTSTANDING. Great hand crafted gourmet style cocktails and perfect barside manner. The brunch looked mediocre - sliced meats, fruit, etc. We opted out as a result. This hotel is not terribly far from the places you'll want to go, but it's not terribly close either. You'll want to take a cab or metro to Las Ramblas and other areas of interest around town. For travelers on a budget - this could be a good fit. We put our young adult children up at this hotel while we stayed at the Ritz.

The location although quite, accessible to beautiful beach and metro to a short distance to main locations or points of interest. Quite slow for room make-up and sometimes missing stuff like towels. Other than that staff at front desk very kind and comprehensive.

They need to get their act together on Transfers to and from the airport.

Starting with the hotel location is a bit far from the old town - where most of the sight seeing, attraction, and shopping is- ( 45 min walk, around 6 euro by taxi). Breakfast was good. The pool setting was average.

Every thing good, they could improve ithe showers, there is a little margin for control coold and hot water

Nice hotel, but not a 5 star. Good if you can get a great deal

it was real totaly relax hotel... I love it I ll back soon!

This hotel was overall worth the money and was very nice. However, our first night there, the hotel lost power from 3am until 1pm the next day. The elevators were down and we had to climb 17 flights of stairs to get to our room and then were stuck up there with no food, power, etc until 1pm the next day. The room was very small but managable. Concierge and the front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. Overall, a fine hotel for the money.

Power went out approx 10 times. Ceiling in the bathroom leaked. They said they would fix it, yet it leaked again. We had to switch rooms. Pool is melow and staff is slow. Water is too cold. Downstairs lobby bar had this horrific hotel music every night that made you want to go to sleep. Angels and Kings wasnt open until Thursday yet nobody was there. Hallways and elevators of the hotel were HOT HOT HOT. Staff was friendly yet not effective. Was about 10 min to beach and restaurants. That was the only plus. Would not stay ther again.

The reception service was not so polite. the girl is young. The tone when she was talking was quite rigid. Not pleasant at all. The others were fine.

Took till 4pm to have the room cleaned until I complained to you guys. Shower was half the closet. the toilet was in such a small area that outside of my leg touched the toilet roll. This is not a five star hotel.

Great hotel

The room was not very clean, elevator was small and dirty. Very close to a busy street (Pere IV) and was very noisy at night.

The hotel was nice. Very contemporary. However, it is located in an up and coming neighborhood. The good news is it is very close to the Metro, which is an excellent subway system in Barcelona. You can get anywhere from the metro station, but if you want to walk out side your hotel and be in a cool area this is not the hotel.
