Room was very small. Hardly any space to walk in the room. They charged me another tax even when I had paid bed tax I came to know from another gentleman same night a larger room rented for far less. Clean, decent sized room and large bathroom (for the area), well located, food options all around, walking distance to visiting sites, short walk to direct airport shuttle buses. Not a « luxury » hotel but very good value for the price point. I recommend it and would not hesitate to go back.

We stayed at Hotel Àmbit and couldn't have been happier. We had been told to stay in the middle of the Gothic Quarter. Thank goodness we didn't. No transport, huge crowds, hot and stuffy was not appealing. Communication before,during and after our stay at Hotel Àmbit has been fabulous. Our room was aircondioned,modern with spa bath and king sized bed. Breakfast and evening drinks in the lounge and garden area are highly recomended. Transport is very easy and convenient. The area is convenient, walkable, upmarket and safe. We cannot recommend Hotel Àmbit enough. Thank you for making our stay in Barcelona a pleasure.

An amasing hotel located in the heart of Barcelona

Overall, I had an amasing experience in staying in Hotel Ambitbcn whilst in Barcelona. The location is very convinient and accessible to major transportation hubs and tourist attractions. More than anything else, I like the service and hospitality, Though I didn't have a good view from my window room, but I was satisfied as it gave me a right temperature I wanted (especially summer heat sarted to climb during my visit), modern-cozy and stylish room design, comfy bed which had a good sleeps (very essential), and every basic needs are provided in the room. Daily breakfast were really good as it had different variations of food served, and it ia tasty as well. Plus the ambiance in the dine area adds cozy-chill feels whilst having the breakast It is a worth to be included in your stay. The reception, kitchen and housekeeping are very accomodating, courteous, and helpful. The receptions were really taking an extra mile to prepare me a takeaway breakfast as I have to leave early prior to the breakfast time of 7:30AM. I forgot their names but definitely a thumbs up for them for their assistance and being helpful. Definitely coming back to stay in here for future business/leisure trip in Barcelona
