This magnificent apartment is on the first floor of a building with only two floors. It has a large terrace furnished and equipped with outdoor furniture, 1 double room and an outdoor living room with exit to a characteristic balcony of the Eixample in Barcelona, equipped with an extremely comfortable sofa bed. The flat is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, wooden floors, plasma TV, designer chair, renovated bathroom and a complete kitchen to make you feel at home.
With lots of natural light to make the most of their leisure time, the apartment can accommodate in comfort 4 people. We also have another apartment in the same area with 3 bedrooms, equipped to be occupied by two people per room.
Located in the popular and central Eixample district, near the Sagrada Familia - the famous work of the master Antonio Gaudi and the best known of the monuments of the city of Barcelona.
