The staff at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. The lobby, bar, and room were nice, but nothing particularly special. The hotel is walkable and in a great location.
good hotel. the problem was the air conditioner. it was freezing! and they just couldn't fix it. they eventually fix it the following day. over all was good experience. but other hotel H10 Madison is much much better.
Fantastic rooftop views! The rooms are small but that's normal for Europe, and they were very elegantly appointed so all was good. Staff was very nice.

H10 Moncada hotel is very conveniently located near many food options, and things to do within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was really delicious, there’s a lovely rooftop and for my husbands birthday they left a room drop with champagne and cookies. They have an elevator/lift. They went above and beyond and the room was quiet and clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would stay again myself.

This hotel was in the perfect location literally right next to the metro, walking distance to many attractions. The staff was over the top with friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. They are a tad small, but definitely well thought out. The rooftop bar was beautiful. The only downsides were that we could hear/feel the metro at night and we were on the 4th floor and there was no gym/workout facility but we knew that going into it. We would definitely stay at another H10
We stayed for a week at this cute hotel. The front desk staff was amazing! Good rooftop bar where I got an epic sunset shot with the Gothic cathedral. Minus one star for the lighting. Indirect lighting is chic right up until you need to put on makeup. I found myself hanging out of windows and running from mirror to mirror in the room to check if I looked like a witch. Getting ready in the evening was the worst for me. Minus one star for our maid service. The first 2 days were great and then after that we were missing towels, missing cream for the coffee, missing coffee cups, missing fresh water bottles, low on tissues, out of toilet paper. Everyday in some combination of the above. I was able to get it rectified quickly with a call to the front desk but after a while I got sick of calling. On the other hand, my parents were in a room on the floor beneath us and had excellent maid service. Maybe we had a maid in training. I would return if I were to bring a proper lighting source for makeup application. The location was excellent and close to transportation. We had an intimate experience with the gothic barrio and am glad we chose this spot.
My first time in Barcelona was amazing. Thanks to the hotel for making it happen. Everything was walking distance from me and the accessibility to the train station was a big plus. The view from the bars rooftop was just breathtaking. WIFI was strong, but hey ... drop yours phones and explore the city. Rooms are small (European style) but everything was just perfect. I definitely recommend this location and will come back again !! The staff made me feel welcome and safe especially since it was a solo trip.
