I want to go here again. So I am trying to be constructive with my criticism. The owner/operator of this place is so cheap it is almost funny. I don't have a problem with the workers here. I can just tell that the owner doesn't want to invest a dime into this place.
The microwave was replaced and instead of getting one that fits the size in the wall, they get one twice too small. And it is a no name brand. I cannot find the brand name on it anywhere. It is a Temu special.
There was dust just caked on the TV in the bedroom. How long does it take to run a dust cloth over it ? The TVs are Sharp Aquos from 2009 with no modern features. How about investing in a TV upgrade? The rest of the bedroom was way too dusty.
Maintenance was lacking everywhere. Loose hinges, towel racks hanging half off. And most of this stuff could be fixed by a handyman in half a day. Who are the maintenance ppl and how can they not see this stuff ?
There's a layer of scum around the hot tubs that people sign their name in. Is it really that impossible to remove it ?
It seems like the owner has such a good location that they can get away with anything. There's zero pride in it.
