Room was so spacious, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Good variety at the free breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

When I arrived I was given a room, about 20 minutes after I entered the room someone was outside the room trying to get in. The front desk called, didn’t identify themself and asked who I was and what was I doing in that room. I told the girl she assigned it to me 20 minutes earlier. The next morning I went to the front desk to straighten this out and was told that I wasn’t even in their system or showing that I had a room rented. I stayed that night and when I returned my food had been thrown out. When I inquired the next morning I was told that I needed to vacate the room, as someone else needed it. It showed on Orbitz that I had a room reserved for all my nights but I still had to move rooms. The manager Kittaya was very personable and apologetic about everything and gave me a free night, but the entire thing was quite a hassle.
I really liked location close to Curry College, The kitchen in the room was convenient. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a great variety!
Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast has a reasonable selection considering the size of the hotel and price of the rooms - nothing to rave about, but certainly not bad, and filling enough.
The staff were friendly and helpful (even offered to take a picture of our group in front of the water feature in the lobby). The breakfast was fantastic - so many choices! The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
