Needed an inexpensive no frills roof over my head for one night. Was provided exactly what I needed, with the convenience of being downtown Austin. Happily, I traveled on a Sunday with free on street parking. Only thing missing from my room was a mug for morning caffeine. Glass cups were provided, as was an electric kettle. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Seemed built in haste, so intentionally and unintentionally unfinished in spots. Gave me an upscale youth hostel feel. Took me a few tries to work the remote entry door mechanics. Appreciate the simplicity of the experience provided, would stay there again for a solo trip.

This place was amazing!!! We had a fantastic stay and absolutely can't wait to go back!!! Don't skip this place if you get a chance to book in the area DO IT!! Great staff, friendly faces at all hours, clean room and community spaces!! Local day and nightlife is amazing with everything you could possibly need within walking distance too!! 10 out of 10!!!!

Clean & modern. Nice kitchen with mini fridge. Even has cups and utensils. Only downside is that it's a bit noisy at night until 12-1am, due to nearby bars playing music. Try asking for a room at the front of the hotel to help. I brought no car.

Cheap garbage suite; ripoff and theft

This place is to be avoided. I sat on the bed and nothing more, the bed frame broke. I examined it and it was constructed from cheap particle board materials. I informed the on site staff in the morning, twice. No abuse or jumping etc on the bed, I simply sat down and it broke. I get an email today two days later they are charging me (not allowed to report but significant) for the “damage” and that I did not report it. I explained that I nearly sat on the bed, and it broke quickly. I explained that I had reported the bed frame issue the next morning. This place is set up extremely cheap; the quality of the furniture obviously is inadequate and linens/towels cheap. The shower tub is super elevated and exiting it requires stepping down and forward; awkward and dangerous. The sink in the bathroom is a simple free standing sink, no place to unpack toiletries/makeup etc. Extremely limited parking spaces maybe 9 total; website states “first come first serve” but did not mention that parking cost 35$ via an app. This place is cheap, inadequate and clearly will steal your money as they have access to your credit card information. I cannot advise you enough to avoid this property. If for some reason you do book this property, do not sit on the bed. No bed sitting! Much less any other activity or else you will be paying 6x times the nightly rate for your stay extra. 9/5/25 Extremely loud night clubs until 2:30-3:00 am

The parking situation really soured me on this experience. I don’t mind paying parking, I don’t mind agreeing to fees. But I was told parking would be reimbursed but was then told it was not included and also told some nonsense about it being dependent on my stay? Which can’t be because I was told to use a parking garage in a different building. Unclear communication like this is amateurish and unacceptable. I can’t recommend this brand for anyone traveling on business or with any expectations of customer service that isn’t drivin by an auto response.

Loved my stay! I’m a local who’s in between apartments, so I needed a comfy place to stay where I could cook and work from home comfortably. The lounge areas on the 4th and 6th floor are awesome and you get a perfect view of the city! Will definitely come back

We stayed over on their first weekend open and it was a good stay overall. The property was nice and clean. They provided earplugs which were much needed as it is a party heavy neighborhood. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is not the place. But if you’re looking to be close to the local bars, this is it. Worst part was that the towels were very linty but not that big of a deal.
