Cost was similar to better hotels. No maids. Had to get everything from office. Had to borrow cooking stuff which was not a big deal. Staff was very nice but clearly had to deal with problem renters. A lot. Bugs were hard to take. Drug deals and solicitation going on outside our room. Stove microwave and fridge worked. Room was non refundable so we were stuck. Honestly we relied on the red roof name when choosing this place. Red roof should be ashamed.

I am so sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Pest control has been contacted. Unfortunately we are an extended stay property and we do not have maids. We have housekeeping service once a week after your first week here and any needed linen exchange is provided in the office.

It was a decent cheap place to stay although j had some booking errors that almost left me without a place to stay for the weekend but I’m pretty sure that was the apps fault

Stayed there 10 days. Room was dirty hair everywhere, roaches and ants were all over the kitchen and bathroom. TP only 1 roll per week and towels were old and dirty.

Toilet clogged. Kitchen sink clogged. Roaches. Left screws and dust in floor of bathroom. My son stepped on one. Never had enough hand towels and wash clothes..will NEVER stay there again

Very dirty, water wasn't warm. Woke up with bugs on me. Overall bad experience. I felt like the place wasnoverall unprofessional. There was fighting in the parking lot when i got there. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked in. The place needs to be redone.

I liked that it was close to a restaurant. Cover 2. It seems like a lot of people are living there. There was trash everywhere. My room never got cleaned. The microwave door wasn't closed and the light was on. There was lots of noise throughout the night.

The staff is great but this is the nastiest, dirtiest and dingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Caution do not stay here!!!
