Elevators on the south tower were working now. Great room

Hotel was close to downtown activities, restaurants and walking paths near the river. Parking was a nightmare and we had to use the service elevator to get to our room because the other elavator was closed for maintenance. And my husband and I got stuck. After several minutes it turned back on. We told the desk and all they could do is say sorry... Many people staying at the hotel did not socially distance and made us feel uncomfortable that people didnt comply with simple guidelines.

Great location but the elevators were innoperable so we had to use the service elevators. They were very slow and dirty. And we also had to share them with the cleaning staff which made things extremely slow. The bar was open but the service was horrendous. Very dissapointing.

Clean and upkeep is good. Their elevators were out of service, in the garage and inside the hotel itself. Everyone was required to use the service elevators which caused long waits.

Location is great of this hotel and that's about it. My husband and I booked this hotel the same day as the stay just for an overnight trip- I would not stay at this hotel in future because we saw a roach on our room wall and a couple of ants on our bed the next morning before we checked-out.

During my stay the elevators were not working and we had to use the service elevators. On top of that, we had to change room because the toilet was not flushing. The next day we didn’t had hot water to shower. The rooms are not very clean as well. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel doesn’t warn you that their elevators are under construction until you check in. They have been down for almost two months. They are using the service elevators. Their is only one elevator for 14 floors. The wait time during peak hours would be almost 20 mins just to get on. My room was on the 11th floor so had to take the stairs a lot. Very disappointed.

Hotel lobby and room were clean. Hand sanitizer was available. Staff was more than accommodating. And given the location, this was a great value.

The staff was so nice. The down fall was the elevators. Only one elevator was woking and even the one looked like it was about to break any day.

Great staff and very clean and nice. Very quiet and respectful.

Close to the highway and within walking distance to entertainment.

This was a very nice property. We stayed here for the parking but the hotel itself was very nice. Had a view of Lady Bird Lake and loved watching people rowing.

Quality of the food - negative 6 Floor is flooded for 3 days )smells) We got Penthouse with a view...of the "wall"

It was good for the price bracket. The staff were good.

Loved the area, the pool was great, bar and restaurant good, room was drop dead gorgeous, would definitely come again.
