The AC thermostat didn’t actually control the temperature. The system worked, but it was stuck at 75 degrees no matter how low we set it — which made the room uncomfortably warm. We also barely got any sleep because we could hear a baby crying all night. Of course, this isn’t the parents’ fault, but it felt like the baby was right in our room — the sound insulation was that poor. Lastly, the room door had a noticeable gap that let in light from the hallway, which also made it easy to hear every footstep and conversation outside.

This facility was on the West side of I-35. Very easy access off of Southbound highway and just as easy transitioning to Northbound I-35

Clean. Pretty simple restaurant, but all you need for a few days. No room service, but they make it up for you downstairs very nicely and you just have to take it up the elevator yourself--no problem. Good parking set up in a very very hard to park area of town. Yes, it's a very old building, but it met our needs, clean and functional in all ways we needed. Only negative was one of the elevators was out, but we never had delays getting up and down to 7th floor.

While at Breakfast the stafff -Maria was not so friendly. Not the best start to my day. I paid extra for breakfast. When I asked for a coffee she pointed me down the hall. As I sat and watched her serve all other tables coffee and juice. Very rude. When you pay over $300.00 a night for a room you expect a little friendliness.
