This home was perfect in every way! Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. There was so many extra touches like luxury bedding, a coffee bar upstairs and welcoming snacks and beverages. The communications from our host were outstanding. It was a beautiful oasis at the end of the day after long work days on the UT campus. Great location!

Awesome location for football weekend! Walkable everywhere! Improvements could be made to water pressure and temperature. I tried to find WH to increase temp but it must be in attic. Kitchen and bar area nicely outfitted. Living area on main could use another piece of furniture for a group of 8 to lounge together. Beware glass top coffee table unstable as an ottoman
