Good communication Thoughtful appointments, tons of stuff within walking distance-- you can get along well without a car. A quieter complex-- given the proximity to UT, the neighbors seemed more professional and less student.

Came into town for family member that was having surgery at Seton Hospital. It is very convenient to Seton. Good restaurants nearby. Central Market close. Good communication with host.
