The room was actually large and clean. It was basic. You had cable, fridge, king bed, couch. No continental breakfast because of Covid. That's not their fault. There Credit Card machine was acting up so I waited almost an hour to get my room. She asked if I wanted to wait in the car since it was hot. Overall for the price it was good.

Chris, at the Front desk, was so helpful and friendly! Nice room, too.

No complaints. Good hotel. I don’t know why I have to write more.

Great staff.... very clean and nice rooms... good free breakfast.... I would totally stay again

Asked for a downstairs room, did not get it. Parking lot was scary looking, with people loitering near their cars, smoking. Checked in and received my key, which did not work, so had to take my 50+ lb suitcase back down the stairs to the office to get another one. Room was clean, but there were 'stains' on the sheets? Shower had a very bad caulking job. And one of the lamps did not work. Generally felt unsafe at this location. "Free" breakfast, which started at 6am, was very sparse (I arrived at 7am); there was only 4 pieces of sausage, and 2 bagels (no cream cheese), in addition to the 'dry' breakfast items you could make. Very tiny room, and did not feel very inviting.

I do not really have any complaints. However, I booked a room with 2 full beds and actually got just one king bed. Econo Lodge met my needs traveling for business. Probably would not stay here for vacation or for more than one night.

Clean room breakfast was good as well. Would stay again!

Front desk staff was good. No complaints. Room door was hard to open and close do to the carpet. Room was average..older bed and furniture. Had a newer flat screen TV that was good. Only major complaint it had seemed that the bathroom had flooded out recently..carpet was kind of funky and damp coming out of the bathroom where you stand at the sink. To sum it up I would rate it basically average. It's not the Hyatt and it's not a roach motel.

It was several miles north of downtown, but near freeway entrance. It had no pool, but the complimentary breakfast was more than I expected, including a waffle maker that made waffle in the shape of the state of Texas. The room had a whirlpool tub and the room was spacious, but the front door stuck so bad I had to ram it with my shoulder to get in. (#116 - fix the door)

This motel charged me over $250/ night. It was overlooking an oil change place and across from a burned out bus station. There were homeless under the bridge. The outside was in complete disrepair, the steps were eaten up from the salt, the furniture was from the 80s, there were stains everywhere, the door wouldn't close completely without pulling hard. A ghetto for $250/ night...

This has been one of the WORSE experiences I have had other than one in Arizona where I had to open the door from the INSIDE with a pair of my own pliers !!! This place was WAY OVER RATED---To much $$$$$$$$ for what you get/.

Very nice stay at this location. Reasonable rate and very clean. Close to the downtown area and especially the Domain. Loved the staff, very helpful and very nice. Will be staying here again in the future.

I was in Austin for an engineering conference. For the price of $61 a night at this hotel, I would not recommend. In Houston, Texas there are better quality hotels for $39.99 a night. Initially when we got there we had to pay an extra $11.50 because I brought my husband along. That is fine and we didn't debate because it was a last minute thing for him to come. The desk clerk had an attitude and rolled his eyes for no reason. We have no clue what is problem was. But the first room they gave us had a heavy stinch of cigarette smoking when I specifically booked a non-smoking room. I don't smoke nor drink. Never have never will. Went back to the service desk, and he gave us another room. The second room was a bit more cleaner however I was not impressed with the bathroom, and ironing board. Ironing board was too small and had a tough time ironing my banquet clothes. The last three incidents were the worst. At night me and my husband were itching most of the night. It was the sheets and comforter. I never experienced that at any hotel. I always slept with comfort. The next day I went to check-out. I asked for my receipt. The desk clerk refuse to give a final receipt. He told me because "You booked it through [...] You can't get a receipt." I never heard of such non-sense. I use it for tax filing purposes. Every engineering conference I have always received a check-out receipt. Second the complimentary continental breakfast the next day was not good. They only had 3 muffins left, and cereal. Last but not least I have an unexplained charge on my card which should not be there considering I left the room with no damage and in a timely fashion. I will diffenently be calling my bank, the general number to Econolodge and [...]. That was utterly ridiculous. If I had known all this I would have stayed at the Westin Hotel along with the other female engineers. The only reason why I picked this hotel...DISTANCE... That hotel needs to get it together.

Was just a place to shower, sleep, and change clothes. Was there to visit family.

Great rates but not a pleasant place. Old with no signs of repairing and updating.

We only back for sleep in the hotel. I expect the bath room be cleaner.

It was OK
