the hotel itself was perfectly fine but the store next door did get robbed so just be careful outside the hotel itself

Rooms were old, not in good condition and had a musty smell. Rarely did we see anyone at the front desk. No dining options after 4:00 pm. AC in room was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel committed fraud with me. When I booked this property, breakfast was included. When I came here, the hotel staff told me that there is no breakfast. Expedia, you need to stop dealing with fraudulent hotels.

Only complaint we had was the entire hotel was like a sauna, halls, elevator, lobby. Room was great, just some very unforgiving beds, slept on floors that were softer. hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, very helpful and inviting.Hotel itself was very clean and neat.

No había internet en las áreas comunes, para poder acceder en la habitación hubo que llamar. El teléfono que nos pasó no se puede llamar por el teléfono de la habitación (daba error) tuve que usar mi roaming (somos turistas). Estuvimos más de 15 minutos en el teléfono. Le avaláramos que teníamos otra estadía con otra reserva, nos dijeron que nos daban Internet por toda la estadía y al otro día nos cortaron Internet nuevamente. La persona que estaba haciendo el check in nos dijo que no podía ayudar que teníamos que llamar nosotros a atención clientes.

El internet ahora es por medio de tu cuenta - membresía. Así que necesitas de internet para terminar de activarla si no tienes cuenta con ellos. El cuarto tiene un olor a humedad y en general se ve que cada vez le dan menos mantenimiento.
