Freeway noise was very bad. Door dragged on frame, was very hard to open. Cabinet that held refrigerator and microwave was broken and made them lean to the front. There were 3 of us in the room and only 2 towels, so I had to ask for another. The next day there were only 2 towels and I had to ask for another at the desk. The third day there were only 2 towels. Someone should have told housekeeping to leave 3. Every day when we came in the room was cold as housekeeping had turned the ac down to 65. The breakfast area was too small and many people had to stand because there was no table available. One evening there were several people drinking beer in the pool. One had to get out and throw up in the bushes by the pool.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms need to be renovated. I accidentally booked a smoking room and it was terrible. The carpet was old and gross. I couldn’t take off my shoes. The room smelled terrible. The electrical outlets looked unsafe to use. Overall cleanliness was terrible.

A quiet night's sleep with a clean bed. I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I'll be back again when visiting Austin. Thanks

Room had burn holes in the bed covers and signs in eating areas and check in made it seem unfriendly. Staff was friendly but had limited empowerment for decisions. Wifi wasn't working in room.

Overall my experience was good. The only thing that was bad was the smell in the hallways (room smelt fine). And the construction on the road in front of the hotel

This place was disgusting, dirty and we saw cockroaches.

Hotel has an infestation of bed bugs and cockroaches

Staff was caring and nice. The room was like lung death..had to open the window to get rid of all the moisture and left it open all night so I could breath! Smelled of stale smoke! I really got the discount huh!!

Its a nice hotel but had to transfer rooms due to ac not working. second room had cold AC...bathroom sink a little dirty but overall stay was nice.

Insects in the room, non smoking room smells heavy cigarette use. Humid room. Front desk people were very nice!

I didn’t feel safe. Men everywhere. Construction was going on in and out side. Overall look was not what was presented on the website. Smell was damp and not pleasing at all. I left!

The hotel "smells" at the entrance. Carpet is dirty everywhere. The elevator was smelly and dirty. The shower curtain bar was broken so the curtain so all the water spread outside the tub. Breakfast is poor. No eggs. not enough seating area.

Cathy, at the receptionist desk was especially noteworthy. Wonderful lady to be come a fast friend. The bath faucet in my room 307, was loose and would come off. Requests for repair for seven days went un-noticed.

Pro: Hotel staff are very friendly. Close to I-35. Con: My room looks clean but turn out having bugs. I got bite seriously.

I chose this hotel for the price and it's fairly high rating. I asked for a quiet room and got one facing the freeway when any room across the hall would have faced the back of the property and been quieter. Neither of the room key cards worked so I had to carry my luggage back to the front desk to get them to reprogram the cards. The room had a stale smell but I thought using the air conditioning might solve that. In the morning I woke to a moldy smell that was actually coming from the air conditioner and a medium sized cockroach sitting on the phone handset on the nightstand. When I took a shower there was no hot water. I let the water run a long time, about 3 minutes, checking it often but it never warmed up so I had to take a cold-water shower. On the plus side, and there is one, my car was not broken into, my room was also not broken into, there were no bedbugs, the television, refrigerator, and hair dryer worked, and there was a free Continental breakfast offered. Although the price was good, I don't think it's too much to expect hot water, no moldy stench, and no cockroaches so I cannot recommend this hotel.

2 days tv went out and they never dod anything about it

Facilities are good overall but bathroom could use some updating. Rest of the hotel was very nice.
