Do not chance booking here. I had a room booked and paid for in advance; I paid for the room 3 weeks before I was due to stay. They sold it! I showed up the day of around check in time to check in and get my key. The the older man and the taller man working the “front desk” told me they were understaffed and the turnover/ cleaning of rooms was behind. They couldn’t tell me what time I’d be able to check in and I told them I would have to leave for an event and wouldn’t return until 11p when I knew they closed the reception at 9p. So I told them it was imperative that I check in; both of the guys told me to call the number on the gate and the in house staff would be able to get me checked in. I returned when I said called the number and the woman on the phone told me it was a busy festival weekend and that they sold my room and that I would be refunded. I am a woman, in a city I don’t live, at 11:30p, during a festival weekend when everyone is now sold out Or astronomically priced. That’s where they left me. I received a refund from Orbitz who I booked with; turns out they marked me as a no show!Just know your booking is not guaranteed here and they will lie to your face. I will not give Extended Stay another chance to set me up like that again.
I couldn't sleep in those 3 nights due to the invasion of many cockroaches. Very dirty all areas.

The Place is crawling with cockroaches very dirty entire hotel stinks the outside looks nice but is very Deceiving had no shower curtain when I got there will never stay in one again
When I arrived, no one was at the front desk and rhe metal gate closes off the window area. There was only one staff member there. A couple had been waiting for an hour for someone to return and had called the 1800 number several times to cancel their reservation. We waited for 20 for someone to return. Once she returned she checked us in immediately. When we wen back down twice that night to ask for another set of towels, the desk was closed off again. When we went again, we were told that we had to wait for housekeeping in the morning. When we went the next morning, the desk was closed off again. The bottom line, if you enjoy 24hr front desk staff, this is not the place for you. The place smells muggy and dirty and they have smoking rooms. This is the worst Wood Spring I've ever visited.
The main complaint i have is that the room didn't have any trash cans, and the floor felt like it hadn't been properly cleaned. But the staff wad very friendly, courteous, and eager to help.
Cons: Weed smoke being continually noticed, toilet never stopped running even after being "fixed by maintenance", housekeeping would never show up & i had to request it multiple times (i stayed from late Nov 18 - early July 19, no gaps) as i was never on the schedule, roaches, noisy neighbors (even after multiple complaints to the front desk), keycards always died early, the black young male front desk attendant always had a body odor smell to him, and police showing up weekly for something (i could see them out my window all the time)
Stench, moldy shower curtain, half roll toilet paper. Full kitchen yet no coffee pot , dishes or utensils.
Arrived at 2:00am and waited for over 30 minutes for the night attendant to show up and give me a key to my room.
Looks cute on the outside but not clean on the inside.
I paid for 3 days, called and told them I would be arriving late. They said no problem. When I got there. They had no room for me. They gave away my room. I drove 3 hours trying to find a room. I will never book with them again. They had school buses full of kids. They sold my room for more.
I called ahead of time told them we would be getting in late. We arrived at 10:45PM. No one was there. I called for 45 min getting recordings. Finally got lucky and a cleaning person walked by and woke up the person to check us in. The AC didn't work and the room was hot. Terrible place to stay. Can't believe orbitz would list something like this!
First off we got there and there was no room ready for us. Then the second night they had some trouble since we had reserved the room through orbitz/Expedia. No house keeping the entire time we were there. And to top it all off I was charged twice for my stay. Also when checking out, there was no receptionist to take out keys or talk to about being charged twice. Horrible stay to say the least. Never going back to any of the WoodSprings hotel.
