Ice cold AC and comfortable bed were the highlights. Staff was friendly. No soap or shampoo so pack accordingly. Low water pressure so no showers but enough to flush toilets and brush teeth. Linens appeared cleaned but stained. We choose to cut our trip early.

I booked and paid for a room at this hotel on Hotels.com for Sat, Mar 28, 2026. When I showed up, there was nobody at the front desk, except 2 hand-written notes on the door that say: "Any reservations made were canceled, due to overbooking" and "Overbooked & sold out. Call 3rd party for refund". I was not able to get any assistance from Hotels.com that night, and the day after regarding my refund. Needless to say, TERRIBLE rating is given to Hotels.com and the WoodSprings Suites Austin Northwest.

The front staff responded very unprofessionally to people checking in when stressed over a third-party payment. The language that was used it was very most not one that should be working in a front office area no matter the situation there should not have been an argument with a guest.

We got there and the reception had a stick in her hand wavying it around stating she no longer had any room available. I proceeded to tell her that I had a resevervation and I had already paid it. I called at 7pm to confim my room and let the front desk know I would be arriving later than usual and she mentioned there is no set time on when to check in. When I arrived at 2 am after traveling 6hrs She states unfortunatly the room is no longer available and that I would have to call the third party that I booked with to get my refund back. No customer service provided she didnt even try and refer or recommend any other hotel.

This place great! Super Clean hallways and floors in your room. It smells so fresh. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. I booked a room for 22 more days for those reasons. Great find in Austin. Prices are great as well. Enjoy!

Stayed for 12 days in this property, asked they will clean the room, they promised tomorrow 4 times and it did not happen. Towel are extra money. The service from the property manager was very bad, I made a reservation by mistake for 12 nights instead of 9 in the same day of check in at 9:30pm, when I was at the front desk asked to fix it and they said it will be fixed by the manager in the morning. she did not want to refund the 3 nights. Had 5 more nights booked in the property in a week from check out and canceled it. Not worth staying here, I recommend staying in a better property.

Nice place except for the beds

We liked everything about the property except for the very hard beds. We wouldn’t go back because of that. None of us slept well, even my older son that actually liked a firm bed. He was complaining about his back hurting.
