The showier was not clean and had public hair in it. I had to let the front desk know so that they could send housekeeping. The parking situation was terrible. I had to valet for $65. I was not expecting that.

Room was clean, staff, was friendly. Breakfast was a buffet or alacart. I choose alacart 2 egg whites potatoe and toast. Toast not toasted, egg whites fried in butter and deep fried potatoes and very well done bacon. Not a healthy start to my day. Sent it back and settled for toast and coffee. HG needs to step it up to maintain the business travler. Especially with healier options, and a bit more than oatmeal and fruit.

The room was great and valet were friendly. I gave 2 stars for poor service because I went to the restaurant for dinner and sat down at a table and waited for 15mins before I got up to ask the guy working at the bar if he would help me with placing an order. I was the only person in the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Bus stops are just around the corner. Walking distance to the restaurants and stores. Close to UT. Everything is good except the water pressure of the shower. It’s a bit low.

They had water turned off 11pm to 5 am! The doors were hard. Every time I had to bang into the door to make it move. Although I had put do not disturb, the staff anyway came in and cleaned the room. This is privacy concern. Room itself was clean.
