We were able to get to many of our destinations within 20 minutes or less. Convenient to I35. Staff was very accommodating.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The location is convenient, but some of the areas around it have gone down but are starting to pick up again. The hotel itself was in great condition. Staff was very friendly. I was only there for a very short stay, but everything about it was comfortable. The room was nice, good bed and linens. And, it was quiet.

The hotel is in a pretty good location...easy access to the highway. One problem I had was breakfast prices. Over all I would stay at this hotel again.

Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel, The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. One caveat. Today most all hotels provide some type of breakfast whether if be simply coffee and a roll or, in some cases, a full array of breakfast items such as eggs, toast and a variety of meats and fruits in a buffet atmosphere. This location had a similar selection of the above mentioned buffet; however, the charge was $12.95. I declined this offer. I went to the bar and found a roll that cost $3.00. Expensive but I understood and took it to the room and drank the free coffee there. Not a big thing but not in touch with today's market.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly'helpful staff. Very pleased with our stay. About a half mile from the light rail that would take us into the middle of downtown for $2.75.

Good Service nice clean rooms, nice balcony views of downtown Austin quick elevators.

We stayed at this hotel on Saturday. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and did a great job of making us feel welcome. They engaged us in conversation and made us feel that they genuinely cared about our experience. We found the room in great shape. It was very clean and comfortable. The hotel seemed to have a good amount of amenities, including a large workout center, pool, lobby bar, snack shop, and conference center. Location was decent in that it's not that far from downtown, but it is somewhat secluded in where it is. The upside to that is that it was probably much quieter than other hotels might be. We would definitely stay here again.

Super uncomfortable lots of noise there was a convention going on of some sort.Outside of our room there was kids running around super bad service too . I definitely would never stay there for price and also was in a ugly area.

the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location was ok since it was close to my friend's home but that's about it. It was renovating so it was pretty much noisy the whole time I stayed there and I was not very happy when the house keeping didn't come to clean my room one of the days I stayed there. I wouldn't stay there again next time because I'm sure there would be better options out there than what I experienced.

We checked in on Friday evening. Saturday afternoon I remembered that we were supposed to rec a 25$ food credit. I never would have gotten the voucher had I not asked for it from the front desk guy[*]We has breakfast at 9:00 and the food was cold or luke warm at best

My experience began with the hotel clerks treating me like I was an interruption instead of a welcomed guest. The same clerk was just as abrupt with me on Sunday when we checked out. While the room was adequate the service was severely lacking and for me the service is one of the major appeals in choosing a hotel. Later my card was over charged by over $400. It was corrected but the hotel manager proceeded to tell me I should have paid my bill with a credit card instead of a debit. I was insulted because I do not want a hotel manager telling me how to conduct my business. I will never stay there again.

Expected to have "Radisson" style quality. At the time I made the reservation the representative of Radisson did not inform me that the hotel had less amenities than the Radisson Downtown. Smaller rooms, bathrooms, secure parking areas, valet, etc. The cost of this room was the same as Radisson Downtown. I was completely shocked. This hotel, Radisson North, should be more like an Radisson Express. Needs complete overhaul. Will not stay there again, nor will I refer anyone to that particular Radisson.

the hotel was adequate, the staff was helpful when needed. The room was kept clean and refreshed daily. The free internet was quite useful. I would definitely stay there again.

MY STAY WAS VERY PEACEFUL AND ENJOYABLE. GREAT LOCATION AND AFFORDABLE PRICE. IF CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS FREE, IT WOULD BE GREAT.

Good Place

We were in Austin to visit some friends. We found our hotel stay to be very comfortable. We arrived late on Friday and were able to check in very quickly. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was very fast. I also appreciated a completely non-smoking environment. The hotel policy was no smoking in any of the room or on the balconies.

This particular hotels interior decor and look and feel was not up to the radisson brand image. we were in austin to visit a few sights like barton springs, ohenry musuem etc. the coffee machine sucks. the rooms dont have a refrigerator. the room service( hose keeping was lousy..i had to wait for 20 mins to get a pair of fresh towels, despite going to the front desk in-person to request for it and more than 2 phone calls. this was not my best experience at a radisson hotel.

we loved it!! THE BEST THING ABOUT IT WAS THE SLEEP NUMBER BEDS! WE DIDNT EVEN GET OUT OF BED THAT WHOLE DAY.. IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY WE VERY MUCH ENJOYED IT AND WOULD MOST DEFF. STAY AGAIN..I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE LOCATION AT FIRST YET WE ENJOYED THE STAY AND IT WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AROUND AUSTIN!:) but if i had to rate from a 1-10 i would give it above 10 great!!

They have the number beds which are the worst beds ever. The hotel is really old and needs an urgent update. People were coming in and out of their rooms all night long. My family and I stayed there for two nights and slept 8 hours TOTAL!
