NO Management!! And it showed. There were two ladies at the Front desk that were very excited to talk to each other but not interested in the customer. A dirty dining table that I needed to clean myself; Garbage on the floor; Garbage container full; Just a general sense of 'not my job' Nice and relatively new property but without leadership, it will not end well. No microwave in the room or in the building...period. I needed to go into the Kitchen Store Room and was told so. No coffee pot in room. Small rooms. We will not stay in 'Tru'
