-3 showers not clean. Full of hair and just gross. Owner confirmed that the cleaning person had an emergency and had to leave mid-clean. Not sure how that’s my problem but I do know it’s absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. We also found trash under the table including a disposable camera that was left. I very much question if the sheets we slept on were even clean. -Smoke detector in primary bedroom went off every hour. Notified owner, no solution offered. Just got to… deal with it. -Thought it was odd there were barely any dishes/glasses but when sitting down for dinner realized there was no flatware— AT ALL. Decided to check the dishwasher and truly wish I hadn’t. The dishwasher was filled to the brim, a cycle had been started and the dishwasher stopped and was full of dirty dishes AND standing water and smelled so horrifying we had to open the front and back doors for over an hour to try to air it out. DISGUSTING doesn’t even begin to describe it. Was someone sent out to remedy this situation? Nope. Just had to deal with it. So all kitchen items we were supposed to have at our disposal were not available and what was there had to be hand washed, just what I want to do on vacation. The owner actually asked me to open the dishwasher again and film a video so he could see the issue. Not my problem not my job and absolutely no way I was opening that door again. -Shorted on towels which meant I had to do laundry in order to have towels. I need more space to continue…
