This bay front home is in a magical location across from the Brigantine Cove and minutes from all AC nightlife. Whether you have an active lifestyle or just want to relax, this is an ideal place for both.
The first floor has a game room and walk out deck to the patio and dock. The second floor is the primary living space with an open floor plan. No matter where you stand the views are beautiful. The third floor has the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each bedroom is large, all with amazing views. Each floor has a deck. The back of the house has a large patio for sunbathing or water activities by day and a fire pit for gathering with friends and family at night.
