The beds are like rocks with lead pipe headboards, and the kitchenettes are a lousy excuse to not have a continental breakfast. If they supplied coffee or a light snack in the cupboards that would be more understandable.

It was perfect for the wedding. Our room was somewhat small and it's in an area where there is not much around.

The property has a convenient location and decent internet, end of positives. Dirty, poorly maintained, broken furnishings in my room, stains on the wall, bent window (hard to do on the third floor), chipped and stained sink/tub, and a strong smell of perfume which faded to reveal an even stronger smell of cat urine. If I had time or planned to truly stay for an extended stay I would have gone to the door immediately, even before the odor became apparent. Give this property the widest of berths...........

Great hotel and excellent location! Has everything to offer that I was looking for.

Stayed here overnight, nothing fancy, it's decent place for the money.

This hotel was a good value! Perfect for just the one night I needed it.

I have never stayed in an extended stay hotel so I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was basic but extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was great. The best part was the rate. I definitely will stay here again if I am in Duluth.

I loved the price, the furniture is old and no remote for the TV. I also asked for more towels and they told me we were at our limit. Not so good...

It was exactly what I needed! it was close to my conference and ready for me to relax when I was finished for the day. I had a great night's sleep and was ready for day two of the conference!

We attended Joyce Meyer Conference and it was a wonderful hotel for 1/2 the cost of surrounding hotels. Also my husband had back pain and could not check out exactly at 12 and the front desk staff was compassionate and VERY understanding and did not give us a hard time! Great Experience.
