Convenient location and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I liked the shower

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was dirty; looked like it had not been properly dusted in a month or more. Sheets did not fit the bed properly and kept coming undone during our sleep. Air conditioning unit was loud and could not be set to continuous cooling, so every time it clicked on we woke. We did not sleep well at this hotel.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, staff was great (especially Sylvia at the front desk!)

Location was nice. Rooms need major updates and to be cleaned better. I saw hairs there were not mine everywhere.

The property and staff are very inviting. The staff was able to handle any questions or needs we had, as we had never been to this area before. The only thing the property needs is a pool and guest laundry room for guests that have an extended stay.

I checked in, saw the room and checked right out . It was terrible . I didn’t even want to lay down or lean against anything. It smelled like urine in my room. The pillows had stains on them. I checked out with out a refund. You definitely get what you pay for with this one . Beware 💯

Chill vibe, but we had trouble at check in. In a late night check in they gave us a room that was already occupied and had to walk the property to find a different suitable suite. In that suite the coffee maker was inoperable due to missing parts and the fridge contained rotten food from a previous occupant (fridge had been unplugged for how long???). There were some stains on the sheets. Housekeeping never visited. However, there were plenty of towels and the place is conveniently located.

Just wrong. Could be a great place. Just somehow everything is wrong.

Just not okay. It was dirty and unnecessarily complicated to get things made okay. Not recommended.

Only downside is two days after check in, my room card stopped working. I was under the weather and had dogs with me but had to walk to office to get keys reset. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and in a very nice neighborhood.

Overall I generally have low expectations when staying at these motel chains. Im not sure if they stopped cleaning rooms or they just didn't clean my room for my two day stay!

Security looking inside of park cars were a little disturbing I caught him looking in mine while I was about to get in

I like that they are accommodating and service oriented and very friendly. They also try to be sympathetic and understanding. I also got a great rate and It was very quiet.

Room was dirty. Dirty shower curtain, dresser was falling apart, the chair in the room looked like someone had vomited on it, dust was caked onto the vents in the room, inside the dresser was disgusting. Also saw signs of roaches.

Lets just say I've been coming to the same Red Roof Inn for over 17 years. The last three have been bad! I wont be back! This time the floor was so dirty my shoes stuck to it when you walked. Because someone spilled something all over it and behind the end table that was pulled out when we walked into the room. My wife cleaned it with a wash clothe and believe me it was BLACK...nasty! The mattress was SO worn and broke down that when you sat on the bed it went straight to the box springs. You felt like you were going to slide of the bed. Sucked.......The last time I stayed there.... same Red Roof the room was dirty and nasty too. This was the last straw....17 or 18 years staying here and it has just gotten worse.

The desk manager was outstanding...very professional and nice.
