Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was clean and beds and pillows were OK. Location was good since we was also here to visit the sauna place.

There was really no breakfast parking was terrible and they wanted you to park at an additional Parking Lot close to their other Hotel we'll just maybe 4 football fields away

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Feel like I got alot of bang for my buck.

I had a room on 5th floor and they were still under construction. paint smell was horrible I booked bc of cheap price and location. I'd rather spend some more $ and get nicer room don't recommend this place at all

Hotel booking review said it was 3 star which what I selected. The hotel was not 3 star. Room was dirty.

It gets the job done for what your money can buy. It was strait.

Upon arriving to the hotel there was no one there to great me at the desk. The lobby was not clean as gum/candy was stuck in the carpet at the desk. I got my room key and upon entering the room it smelled, so I had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies (Clorox, Febreeze, etc) to ensure bathroom was to health standards. Parking was limited.

We were there attending a conference. When I arrived on our floor the smell of cigarette smoke hit me right in the face. That plagued me the entire time we were there. I never saw an option to choose between a smoking or non-smoking room. This should have been more clear.

We got to the hotel and checked in. When getting on the elevator we noticed a "funk". We got off on the 4th floor and it stunk so bad. The problem with having a deluxe room is that small kitchenettes are included, and you have to smell what everyone is cooking. Got to our room, pulled back the covers and someone had urinated all over the bed! I kid you not. Someone had peed all over the bed and housekeeping just covered up the urine soaked sheets with the comforter. So disgusting. WE, not they, had to take our sheets down to the laundry to get new ones. The breakfast bar was awful. Never, ever stay at this place.

good location for shopping, cheap soap no shampoo and lotion, old and not clean sofa. U get what U pay...

All and all - Very Nice Hotel! Full size frig with Kitchenette! Very Nice sized room --- Front Desk girl was a little short and busy talking with another worker -

The hotel room was very nice :)....the only thing that was out of place is that there was not the little bottles of shampoo/conditioner. :)
