The reception told breakfast at 6:00 am, turns out it was at 7:00 am. That's not the problem the kitchen crew and the receptionist decided to chat among each other, while I was waiting for the shuttle right in front of them. She could have put cupcakes or bagels on the counter, instead she chose to chat with receptionist to kill time until 7:00 am. You pay the price assuming breakfast is included. First they mislead you and then they show that they don't care to serve and kill time chit chatting while you wait.

My stay was a nightmare. I checked in 12/3-12/6. We literally had no hot water during the entirety of my stay, I believe it was back Friday evening. Thursday night at around 1:33am, the fire alarm loudly rings in my room and I make my way downstairs to the lobby where other guests and I wait outside for about 20-25 min as fire fighters come to assess the situation, turns out it was a burst water pipe. No explanation from management or front desk, infact the evening of Friday, I went up to the front desk and the lady was clueless as to the events of Thursday night and the lack of water on Friday morning. Yes, Friday morning I wake up to take another frigid shower and there is literally no water coming out of any faucet. She had no idea. That Friday morning, I went down to the front desk to inquire about the water (I called several times but no one answered) and he had no idea it was turned off until someone who was working on the pipes confirmed it. I left to work unbathed. So coming back that evening to follow up on last night's and this morning's events to be met with a blank stare from the front desk agent was rather jarring. Clearly there is zero communication amongst the staff and management. My toilet stopped flushing (I literally am not making this up!) that night. Called lobby, no answer. All good because at 4am I get to leave this place. On my way out that early morning, there was a walkie talkie with a note instructing you to use it if you need assistance! BEWARE!!!

This is a tough one but here goes- checked in on Thursday afternoon around 1.45pm and was immediately told that the hot water boiler was being replaced and no hot water for at least another hour, hot water never came back until after 10pm. 1.58am the fire alarm went off, no announcement was made, went down to the lobby, no announcement. Fire department came and after 20 mins said all clear. Fire alarm went off again around 3am again and then stopped- no announcement made. Woke the next morning and no water, no announcement made, call the front desk- my phone wasn't working. Went down to front desk and was told it should be back on shortly, they had a flood and they just completed repairs and by the time I get to my room the water will be back. Told them about the phone, and they said someone will look at it, never happened. Constantly smelled smoke from down the hallway from my room. Got to my room, no water, 10mins later water came back. Now I had an appointment to attend at 10.30, so of course I was late. Hotel could be a nice stay if they correct these issues. Btw, never got to have breakfast on the two days.
