We stayed here with our two teens over Spring Break. Loved the location, could easily walk to the aquarium, Coca-Cola, Football HOF. The CVS located down the street was very convenient to pick up needed items for snacks, etc. Accommodations worked great for us, having two separate bathrooms was definitely a plus! The hosts were great, good communication throughout our stay. Would recommend this property!

This condo was great. The layout was perfect for families or friends staying with you. Fully stocked with dining utensils. The building was easy to navigate and had a full laundry facility.The area around is a bit overwhelming for some, but that depends on the guests. I for one, was fine with it. It was walking distance to everything we needed, sports arenas, aquarium, food, parks, and a CVS.

The toilet handle needs fixing. It kept running after you flush. There was moldy areas around the condo especially in the bathroom and the bedroom that we saw

Perfect for a short trip

We came for a quick weekend trip with our small children to visit the aquarium, and the location was perfect! Definitely an older building, but that didn't bother us. For full disclosure, there is a distinctive herbal smell ;) that is pervasive in the area (through no fault of the unit), but it may affect someone with allergies as it did me. A pleasant trip overall!

The rental was neat and clean, and in walking distance to the GWCC and State Farm Arena which is where we attended the conference. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming.The host is very responsive and addressed any questions and concerns I had.The surrounding area is a little sketchy, though we didn’t have any issues… that’s just ATL. And there’s no on site parking. However, parking wasn’t far at all. The rental is in an older building, so the accommodations are dated and could use some TLC. Overall it met the need and was convenient for our plans.

The host was very quick to get back to us, my review is not about them. The apartment is located centrally, which is good. But it’s literally on a corner with two liquor stores, a lot of homeless people begging, and also several people asking if you want to buy weed every time you walk by. Every. Single. Time. The apartment layout is great. The bed are comfortable. However, we saw multiple cockroaches. We know it’s not the fault of the owner, as the apartment was clean, but renters should be aware of this. Also, there is considerable black mold in the main bathroom. I see a previous reviewer talked about this asthma being triggered by the smell of weed in the hall. I feel like the mold is much more likely to have triggered asthma than the faint smell of weed. All said, the apartment is rundown but nice for a rundown place, if that makes sense. We would not choose to stay here again.

3.5 stars. Positives:The VRBO itself was in a great location. It was nice to have a fully-furnished apartment in downtown Atlanta. The owner was also very responsive and polite with all my questions.Neutrals:This was my first time booking a VRBO, and many of my frustrations stemmed from that experience. For a one night stay, I had to sign a lease, fill out check-in forms, and provide a photo of myself and my credit card. The owner explained this was to prevent credit card fraud, but it just felt like a lot to stay one night. I understand the owner might not be able to change these things, so I docked stars for the issues within the VRBO itself.Negatives:Unfortunately, this unit has a strong smell of weed smoke, which was not great for my asthma. I felt the effects the next day after we left. The interior could use some upgrades. Additionally, the armchair in the living room was broken. The bedding material made me and my other guests very hot at night. I also think it would've been nice to have the towels and such already out in the bathrooms. I also didn't understand why we needed to take out our own trash. Not like we had a lot anyway, but I feel like I'm paying for that service.If the owner addresses these issues, I think it could easily be a 4 or 5 star stay!
