Room had a smell, no iron, bathroom sink leaked Staff was nice but the hotel overall is old and I would not sati there again

I booked 1night and extended it to 2 on a holiday weekend. Because I had booked the first night through Orbitz they gave me the second night at a discount from the elevated holiday rates. Nice bed and convenient location

Resonably priced nofrills hotel with kitchenette. Close to Mall, Downtown Asheville and Biltmore. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

The staff was wonderful, the location was excellent and it was quiet and peaceful.

My friend and I went to Asheville to check out the city mostly to see whether or not it would be a good place to move. While the hotel itself was not right in downtown, it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and everyone was friendly. It was not loud or uncomfortable. We did not really ever use their breakfast options as finding good local brunch places is a thing with us, but it was nice to know that grab and go stuff was available. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. The only real negative was that the pillows were not as comfortable as they could have been, but they weren't the worst I've ever encountered in a hotel either.

Worked perfectly for our needs. Not a long trip so we didn't get to experience the long stay comfort but it worked.

I booked this hotel last minute and I was worried about it. BUT, the location was perfect. It was just about a mile from downtown Asheville. The staff members were super friendly, and the hotel was very clean. I will definitely book again at this hotel next time I visit!

The staff was super helpful. The night guy Chris is amazing. I would defiantly stay there again.

Perfect for my needs. Staff very friendly. Only negatives are that it needs a little sprucing up, paint job. Has cooking facility, but no utensils.

Our first room had a strong smell of mildew, and we noticed that the whole first floor on that side of the hotel (room numbers in the low 100s) smelled moldy, especially the stairs. We were moved to a room on the second floor, and it was much better.

Clean room, cheaper, close to downtown. Served our needs--thought it was a little strange that I had to call and then go to the front desk to get soap, but they did provide it for free.

Good location right off the highway. Great value for the money

We stayed here for a couple days and upon entering the room there was a terrible musty smell. In the bathroom around the sink were hair shavings which were clearly visible as soon as I walked into the bathroom..disgusting! All the pillow cases on the freshly made bed had stains on them, the carpet was filled with stain as well. Upon turning on the ac unit my boyfriend noticed that there were dead bugs all inside the vents and they were also caked up with dirt and dust. If you are not staying a week or more you don't get any made service, which they don't tell you at check in. The grab and go breakfast is a joke...if you're not down to get it within the first 30 mins you miss out and they serve it on a little coffee table by the elevator. After all that we endured we were not offered any compensation. All we got was an apology and the gm came up to half clean our room. This place is beat up and disgusting would not bring my dog here....take heed.

Fridge did not cool, toaster didn't work. Not good.

Overnight stay before final destination. Serve purpose needed.

Just a short overnight stay, and everything about the facility was just right. I would definitely stay there again. Close by shopping and restaurants, quick trip by cab to downtown and back. Will definitely use them agauin

The room was ok. The hotel hallway had smell like old food or dirty Landry, however price was good and hotel was close too everything mall, places to eat and Biltmore.

Di dnot know what to expect, never been to this type of hotel before. We were positivelly surprised with the location (less than 5 min from the city center), courtesy of the staff, grab-&-go breakfast. The feeling of the room could be improved though. Overall, this hotel is a very good value for the money.

The room was very clean and comfortable but the hotel is a little hard to find as it is on a side street from the main road and we did not see a sign for the hotel. The staff was courteous and informative.
