Park Inn by Radisson Antwerpen3.0 out of 5.0

This is a very generic Park Inn but it is next to a construction site where very loud drilling starts at 8am, even on Saturdays, and goes on until the evening. If you plan to spend any time in the room (or work there) be careful. The state of the site indicates that the problem won't go away soon. And even for a Park Inn, cleanliness (especially of the bathroom) leaves something to be desired...
We spent 4 nights at this very pleasant hotel, which was well situated indeed, being almost next to the railway station and an easy walk to all major sites. The room was very comfortable, clean, sufficiently spacious, and a pleasure to return to every evening. Another of this hotel's fine assets is its staff, particularly the personable people at Reception, with special commendation going to Julian and to the female trainees, to all of whom we wish to express our sincere gratitude. They were consistently kind and helpful in answering questions and extending advice. The sole disappointment came by way of the breakfast, which did need some improvement. Nevertheless, given the many other fine attributes of this hotel, we would definitely return and recommend it unreservedly to anyone planning to visit Antwerp.
Very good hotel, just near the Antwerp Centraal Station. The breakfast is nice with plenty of different things. The room was large and cosy. The staff was kind and professional. The only negative point was the shower: it took me 10 minutes to get a warm flow, due to the faucets being out of order. Otherwise a good choice.
The room was well appointed. The breakfast was very good. The service was helpful and attentive. While we can recommend the hotel and would visit again it is worth noting the rooms do not have AC (opening windows can be noisy if facing the square) and an adjacent building is being demolished which would be worth checking because that caused noise from 08.00
I am disappointed the hotel didn't email me or other guests to warn about the noise from the construction site next door, to give us an option to cancel. Or they could at least offer lower rates, or offer a free drink or just do or say something! A building has basically been demolished and is being rebuilt, it's major work. I could hear the thuds from sledge hammers and machinery through the wall. It goes on from 8am until late afternoon. If you are out of the hotel between those hours then this is actually a nice hotel, with lovely staff, good service, an OK breakfast and central location. Rooms at the back are quiet at night too and my room request was perfectly responded to. Cristel was especially helpful and friendly. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if management had made the effort or understood their obligation to at least advise there might be noise issues during the day.
Amazing location (1 minute from the main station) and walking distance to the city center. Great staff, nice room. The hotel has a great location and compared to other 3 star hotels in that area absolutely a front runner when it comes to comfort, service. Only drawback is The bathrooms are old and need some fixes.
Good location close to Railway station, clean room with wooden floor, coffee facilities in room, good breakfast. Storage room for Luggage. Membership advantages. Helpful reception staff. Will stay again.
The hotel located just next to rhe train station & fwe steps from lots of restaurant & bars. New and clean. Staff are so warm and profssionl. Tasty breakfast - eggs, cheese, vegetables, pancakes, curacons and excellent coffee.
The hotel is located right next to the Antwerp Central Railway Station as well as being close to key Metro, tram and bus stops. Main attractions and city centre a short walk away. Very friendly and welcoming staff on arrival, clean, modern hotel rooms. We particularly liked the powerful, roomy showers! Nice breakfast selection, with plenty of choice and and variety (including hot as well as cold items) Would definitely use again next time we are in this great city !
Location steals the show, Literally 2 minutes from Antwerp Central; making it a great stop fro travelers who are flying in or out of Brussels. There's a direct train to Brussels Aiport every 30 minutes or probably more frequent. One of the most happening streets; Mier which is also a high street shopping destination is merely 15 minutes walking distance. the hotel itself is neat and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. the only downside I felt was the size of rooms. A standard double room for close to 130 euros; i found it too small to share with another person. It was more like a single room.
