Modern hotel with focus on the rooms. Small reception hall. Nice and clean standard room with good equiped bathroom. Nespresso coffeemachine & free Nespresso capsules & 1 liter free water available in the room. Good airco in the room. Rooms at the backside are very quite.

Park Inn is a modern hotel with all of the amenities located in a busy square that resembled a transportation park. There were buses, trolleys, and cabs going round and round the park at all hours of the day while people laid on the grass and lounged on stone benches. It was immediately obvious that the pace of life in Antwerp was way slower than Amsterdam. The place seemed almost sleepy. We were staying for two nights, so we unpacked and then hit the town. The weather was still cloudy and cool, but it wasn't raining. The Old Town was about a mile away along a broad pedestrian boulevard that led us through the Diamond District and the Meir Shopping District that were lined with shops and restaurants. At two o'clock on a Sunday, nobody seemed to be doing either.

PROS: 1. Great location - next to Antwerpen Central station and Zoo. 2. Free Spa mineral water (1 liter per day, in Business Friendly room only). 3. Breakfast is OK. Quality is good. 4. I've asked the highest floor and front view and got the 7th floor and front view. 5. Business Friendly room is spacious and bright (front side room). CONS: 1. There are more than 10 staff managers in the hotel, they change 2-3 times per day and every day you can see new faces. The managers doesn't share the info about your personal requests between each other. So, your problem will not be solved if you just ask some manager once or twice - you need to ask multiple times and many managers. Some of the managers are trainees - they don't know how to work at the present moment. 2. The hotel reception managers are unqualified in general. Some of them are more polite than others, but they do serious mistakes in their work and don't solve actual problems. 3. Upon check-in the hotel will hold the whole sum of your stay and will charge it on the next working day of your check-out. You will not be informed about this by the hotel's staff. Besides this the hotel will hold 50 euro as a guaranty for your first night. After 2-3 nights at the hotel (when your total stay cost reaches 500 euro limit) the hotel will charge you with additional 500 euro and put it on hold. You will not be informed about this by the hotel's staff. Upon check-out you will be charged: (your total sum of stay) - (50 euro) - (500 euro) = the check-out (final) payment. On the next working day you will be additionally charged with the total sum of your stay, as I said before. 3 previously perfomed transactions (HOLD status) should be automatically released to your bank account after 3 working days after you check-out, but this doesn't happen due to some, as the hotel's staff said, "technical issues". So, the hotel charges you twice for your stay and doesn't inform you about this fact or bother. You have to contact them and ask to release all the transactions with a HOLD status. 4. Android application "Park Inn" glitches after first run (unable to find your GPS location with working GPS sensor) and you don't get a reply in it if you ask a question. You will not get a reply in first 5, 10 or even 100 minutes after submitting your question via application. They will answer in next hours and on your e-mail from your booking reference only. The staff recommends to use this application but practically it's useless for emergency cases, because of glitching (Android 4.3 device) and very slow time response. 5. The bathroom fan works with a very high noise and it's unswitchable. You should close the door to the bathroom to minimize its noise but you will hear it anyway. It's difficult to sleep with it. I have asked the reception to switch it off, got the reply that they have asked the technician come and check it. Due to next 5 days noone has came and solved the problem. 6. At night you will hear a lot of noizes from other rooms - especially when some guest will move his chair. It's annoying. The noize from the streets will be less frustrating. 7. Bed pillows are very, very thin. You have only one additional pillow in a double room. Uncomfortable to sleep. 8. TV can switches off unexpectedly. 9. All bathroom toiletries are from Dove (contain SLS, parabens etc.). 10. Breakfast choice is completelly the same every day. 11. No bathroom slippers or bathrobes (for a room with 170-200 euro/night!). 12. Room floor surface is outdated and scratched, working table surface has some blots/blemishes, bathroom mosaic has several damages. No bathroom shelves. Bathroom towels for the second person are stored in a hallway wardrobe because there is no enough racks and shelves for them in the bathroom. I would not recommend to stay in Park Inn. This was our first and last stay in Radisson hotel group. Hilton and even small hotels have better price-quality ratio.

Despite, the central location i had a good night's sleep and you are right next to the fabulous koningen elizabethzaal concert hall and centraal station. The place could do with a refresh in parts but overall a safe recommendation

Recently we stayed at the Radisson Park Inn. This hotel is on the right side of the long park, about halfway down, as you are facing away from the station. There is a lot going on in this long park and the Radisson Blu at the far end has a big sign, catches your attention and if you ask for help in finding the Radisson, you are directed there. Wheich is odd, in a way, because this is a big hotel. For such a big hotel it has a pretty small sign, but if you look for it youy will find it. See the picture above. Having cleared up the navigation problem, I must tell you that was the only problem of any sort that we encountered. The people at the desk were young, smart and eager to please. They directed us down town and researched train schedules, right down to the platform, which was helpful when we had a 6 minute transfer in Rotterdam on our next leg. For some reason they upgraded us to a fantastic room on the top floor. It was huge, modern and had a view of the park. the bed was great, the wc as modern and clean as youi could hope for, and nice amenities were provided. The breakfast was served in a finely appointed room off the lobby. There were lots of delicious foods and beverages. All this was a short walk from the train station which is a handsome edifice in its own right. If one wanted to go shopping in Antwerp, the boulevard with modern, chic department stores begins about 100 meters from the hotel. The hostoric district is less than a kilometer away, so a doable stroll. For us, everything about the Radisson Park Inn was positive and I'm sure you will enjoy staying there, as well.

We chose this hotel because of its location as we were going to a concert at the Elisabeth Center. For us it was an excellent choice as it is literally next door to the concert hall and very near to the train station. Julian greeted us at reception and was very polite and helpful. Really pleased with the room, which was clean and a good size. You get a lot of things in the room as standard that you don't get in the UK such as a fridge and glasses. The bathroom was also a good size and had a heated mirror. Only slight niggle was the shower as there wasn't much power and the water temperature was difficult to set. There was a good selection for breakfast - you won't get a full English but there was still plenty to choose from. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay again if we ever visit Antwerp again. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Antwerp. We walked from the hotel into the old town. The hotel is also next door to the zoo.

I have stayed here many times Nice hotel opposite Centraal Station Comfortable rooms But there was lots of noise with drilling banging ( room refurbishing) so I couldn't relax in the day which is poor. Breakfast is ok I'm sure it used to be better

My company booked this hotel for me for a work trip. If the price had been lower (maybe in the $70-$80 range), I wouldn't complain. But charging $165/night for the service offered is ridiculous. Room had stains on walls. Bed cover had stains as well. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly. Not very close to main city attractions. No business center (was told to go the Radisson hotel but printer was not working there). If you charge that price, you should be offering customers a way better service.

Perfectly located hotel in the city of Antwerp with a view to a little park. The main station is 5 minutes to go directly at the same place. Around the little park there is a central bus and tram station from where you can get everywhere in Antwerp. The hotel itself ist comfortable and clean. everything is at its place. The room was quiet even on the street side. Complimented with a free wifi access, free coffe on the room, a great breakfast buffet with belgian and international food the stay was simply excellent. Also the hotel people were very freindly and everything was totally uncomplicated.

everything was good except for the check in staff, he was not very friendly. They need to smile more. Love the breakfast! The room was clean with basic amenities but it looks very simple. Nice location, just very close to train station and shopping area.
