Stayed here on a last minute get away. Self-Check in was a breeze you enter a code to get in the building and a code to get into the key lock box (they email you after booking). Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to the Grand Palace area, yet far enough away to avoid the drunken party-goers and noise. Well lit area, very safe. The apartment was very spacious and nicely laid out. When we called the on-premise staff they responded quickly and the gentleman was very professional. previous reviews were correct, after you book, call and ask for one of the quiet rooms away from the street. Internet was flawless, with decent speeds. AC worked like a charm. We would stay here again. The price was right for this property...especially if you are staying a week or two in Brussels. BONUS: 2 minute walk to À la Mort Subite and their awesome Old Gueuze!! Good stuff aside, here is why I could not give this a solid 5. The room (#33) was a bit worn, and needs a good coat of paint. The common areas were in need of a little TLC too (holes in carpet, scuffs on walls, etc). We checked out some of the cheaper hotels in the area, and they were much nicer/cleaner. A new toilet seat is in order for room #33, get the maintenance guy on that ASAP before someone falls off the john. The matress was very firm. I loved it, my wife hated it. Not sure about the other rooms, but #33 might not be for everyone, unless you like extra firm. Do not let the above prevent you from booking here, I'm just letting you know what to expect....and hoping maintenance fixes the toilet seat in #33. $$ HINT: They offer parking under the hotel for 25eur a day. There is a public park house less then 100m from the hotel for 15eur a day. Yeah, their parking is just an elevator ride to your car, but 10eur extra may not be worth it to you.

Great value! Extremely spacious and centrally located.

It was a pleasurable experience! Right in the heart of things, amazing restaurant 5 feet away, a Portuguese Restaurant. Clean, big enough. I had my cousin over and her children and I can't say it's child proof, but nothing in Belgium really is, so it was the best choice.

super place. great location but no service desk or anyone to help... besides that, it is awesome.

great place. big room and everything inside was wonderful. airco and hot water worked fine. unfortunately, my room - #31 was on the main street so very loud and the windows did not cut the sound so 2am, 3am i kept waking up to screaming from the local bar, cars honking, street cleaners... but besides that, all was fine - just make sure your room is not on the main street!

Cerca a la estacion del tren , sin personal para entrar.

This hotel was basically a fully furnished studio apartment. There was no staff to check in with or get a key from. The process was fairly simple and straightforward. A day or two before your stay, you get an email with a code to get into the front door and a code for the mailbox. Inside the mailbox is an envelope with your name and a key inside. The apartment was great! It was modern and spacious with a fully equipped small kitchen. My sister came with my husband and I for the weekend. When we requested a room for three, they gave us a room I assume meant for two and added a small flimsy cot. The space was clean, but the furniture had a lot of little nicks (not a big deal at all but maybe 3.5 star over 4). The location definitely makes this hotel great. Just a 5 min walk from the Grand Place and all of the restaurants.

Its located right in the middle of brussels next to most of the sightseeing locations. One issue is that the hotel has no staff on site, so to enter the building you need a passcode which is sent via e-mail, if you don't get them you have a problem.

Please obtain your access code and key code online before arriving at the premises . A 5 minute walk with luggage from gare centrale train station . (For those unfamiliar with the area , walk through the galerie and take the side exit nearest to Taverne Du Passage . Turn and walk right , to the premises.) The suite was very large and extremely clean ,with a sleek and contemporary design . The kitchen contains all appliances, and is fully functionabe and operational . This is definetly a step up in comparison to hotels in the area . Absolutely a great location for all attractions . The nearby train station provides a quick trip to the airport .

After reading the reviews, I was prepared to contact the hotel to receive my passcodes to enter the building, you will not receive them if you book through here, unless you contact them directly. I simply emailed them and asked for the codes, and they emailed me back within a couple days. I did have to supply a credit card number, and beware, their email might show up in your junk mail filter. The room was fantastic. We got the Luxury room, which was huge, had a bed area, and a separate sitting area with couch, chair, coffee table and desk. A small hallway with a closet which housed a microwave and fridge, plates, cups and sliverware for 2, led to a clean, modern bathroom. Your room key needs to be in the key holder on the wall next to the door in order for your lights to work, but this is convenient, because then you always know where your key is. You can also wave your room key on the keypad at front entrance of the building to open the front door instead of entering the passcode every time you need to get in. Maid service gives you fresh towels and checks on your supplies during the week, I don't think they work on the weekends, so ask for extra supplies if you're low on Friday. We arrived at 9am and called to ask if we could leave our bags and walk around, they ended up coming and giving us our room key. Great service, you just have to call. There was never anyone at the front desk area just to sit there and wait for questions. Easy walk to Grand Place, but avoid the restaurants that beg you to eat at their establishments along the way. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and any other hotel like it in other cities!

This hotel was great, had a kichen, living room, bedroom arrangement. Very comfortable. The Deal is that there's no staff onsite anytime. I cleaning crew turns rooms over and puts keys in lock boxes. You'll need a code to get in the front door. And anoher code to get your key. If you contact the reservations staff through email and supply your credit card info (for additional fees if you accrue any, not for your booking payment) they will send you the codes via email and you'll be set. If you want early check in request it in the email and they'll try to meet your needs. We had a great experience!

Very well located, 5 min walk from Brussels Central train station. Plenty of restaurants next door.

Nice room in central location but the abominably poor service makes it a place to avoid. There are NO on site personnel other than a maid who comes to clean a few hours each weekday. You need a code in order to enter the building to register. That was not sent to me. The ordered coffee did not arrive. The requested soap (a second bar after three days!) was not supplied. There is no room cleaning on weekends. Very difficult to get through to hotel operator (who is off site) and then your issue is ignored. Internet connection is very expensive.

We went to Brussels (1st time) for 2 nights to see all we could, including Bruges. We arrived on Sunday at the check-in time we were given, 4:00PM. The door to the B-aparhotel was locked and nobody was in the lobby. [...] Another guest arrived a few minutes later and he was nice enough to let us into the building. I asked where the check-in person was and he said that there is no staff available on Sunday. We told him our predicament (ie, no phone since we're from the US) and he called the emergency number and got access to our room card thank goodness. Apparently I was supposed to get some kind of door code and instructions on how to get my room card. I never got them and the other guest said that he had the same experience, having used an on-line agent as well. This is not a Hotel, in spite of the name. There is little or no staff available, even during the week. If you need help, it is not available.

We were thrilled with the location of the B-apart Hotel. It was a very nice apartment within a short (3 minutes) walking distance to the Grand Place. There is a grocery store with anything you may need just a block away. The rooms were spotless, kitchen well equiped. Restaurants are all over this area, up and down the alleys. Good food. Internet is not free here, that is a drawback. If you want a hotel with services this place is not for you. If you want a great place to stay that is in the perfect location at a wonderful price then B-Apart is it. Will stay again when in Brussels.

well organized for self service people (get in and out) but not well organized as far as payments. Perfect location for visitors to Brussels - walking distance to most attractions. Rooms are very modern and very comfortable. Shower needed a better door, but over all worked fine.

We got there by taxi (10€) and found out that there was a main train station near by. We found our studio spacious and very modern. My kids loved the oversized flat screen and little kitchenet. Location was the best, few steps away from every thing. Brussel is very small compair to other cities in Europe. I'm in Paris right now and boy, this is a huge city!! Overal the aparthotel was nice and I would hightly recommand it to friends and others. It's lovely to be in Europe:)

I was visiting Brussels for business and vacation purpose. This apart hotel is amazingly central location wise, if you know the gallerias to use as a short cut it's virtually in walking distance to every location at the center of the city. The hotel is surrounded with restaurants of every sort and all tourist attractions are next to each other including the night life, boutique eating places, banks, finest chocolate shops, fashion street and even vintage shops, all sort of transportation. I'd advice you all to catch a cab on your way to hotel, you don't save much using the public transportation its a bit confusing for the first timers. After certain hours the hotel doesn't have any staff inside, it's like your apartment virtually. But on the other hand, at the end of a phone number there is always a person who can help you for everything even if u have lost your key in the middle of the night. The apartment has one of the finest designs I have ever seen, its very functional and has everything you would need to have (even more). Complimentary Nesspresso machine with free cartridges, to a free washing machine tablets. All furnishes are brand new, spotless clean, the bathroom alike. For those of you who wants a window looking outside of the building u should mention that during reservation as there are plenty of rooms looking the inner side of the building. There is still space out there its not windowless or anything but obviously u don't have a church view over there. I stayed in one of them without the outside window I think it was completely fine. There is an efficient air conditioning facility as well.

Needs to have people on duty at the front desk when they say they are. Unaaceptable for reception staff to not be available between 9 to 5pm at the very least.

Our first room was to small and noisy (Subway station noise) - We upgraded to a larger room that was even noisier (overlooking a busy street) The good news is we weren't there very much, as we did a lot of site seeing and going out! We road the "London Eye", took a "Jack the Ripper tour", spent a couple days in Brussels - where the hotel was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. then we to visit some other areas of England which was great
