The check in process was horrible. It is very inconvenient to check in online so many times and then also have to wait past the check in time to receive keys. This process was alarming and not smooth. The room was very clean though and we had a great stay other than the check in process.

We rented a two bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean. The location was excellent. Two short streets to Grand Place, and a short walking distance to Brussels' Central Station. I have no complaints about the property and its location. HOWEVER, there are several issues that need to be considered. 1) the information provided to check in is INCORRECT. It states that one will be notified 72 hours about the codes to access the property, as there is no one there in the lobby of the building. The CORRECT information which should be displayed is that you will get those codes on the date of your arrival. 2) There is a MAJOR COMMUNICATION issue. It is hard (sometimes impossible) to reach anyone in the phones numbers that are provided. Some direct you to leave a message, but there are no return calls. Others say that they are available between certain hours; however, when one calls during those hours, it is hit or miss. Most of the time is a miss. This was very frustrating, and there is no need for this issue if management addresses it properly. For instance, I had a question regarding whether all of the information that I entered was correct, as there is no message stating that all was correct and accepted OR if there were any issues. There is a statement in the contract that if one does not register properly within the 48 hours prior to arrival, one then only has 1 day of a reservation, even though one has paid for many more days. So, one needs to be sure that the info is correct.

Honest and amazing spot

Spot was amazing. But it wasn't that clean. Sticky stuff, hair from previous guest and some stuff are broken. But overall, was honest for the price paid. I was thinking that they're would be a desk. My mistake. Since we were travelling, I havn't checked my mail. Had to call after midnight to check-in and have access to the building and received a great service. So check your mails. Instructions in it are clear.

Nice design, size, and layout. Two WCs and AC are nice. Right in the middle of the tourist shopping area if you like that. Weak wifi, streaming failed a couple of times. Minimal kitchen set up, not enough to really cook anything. Parts of unit were not cleaned properly beyond superficiel.

The aparthotel is okay. It is run down and not in the best area. We stayed one day and left. Unfortunately, the reservation was non-refundable, so we lost the balance of the stay. It was worthwhile to move on to another location. There is no staff, so no one to assist if you are looking for that.

Stay was excellent, only issue was the water temperature control was not working properly- it was burning hot or too cold in both bathrooms and the bathroom sink was draining slowly.
