Had to pay extra 20 euros to check in early and extra tax fees on arrival. Room service was nor provided over my 2 days stay, towels were not topped up and dustbin was not changed, asked at reception if it would be changed they said no, which was disappointing. Also, iron and hairdryer were given for only 2 hours, which was not ideal.

Nice staff, clean room, comfy bed. This was a small room with the basics but still comfortable. Better fit for those traveling light, with small suitcase or backpack since there is not much space in the room. As a woman traveling by myself, I would avoid Winter because of the location and less daylight.

The area was in a good location but the hotel was average at best. The AC kept turning off every 2ish hours if it worked at all. It would get hot during the night. The window wouldn't close properly and mosquitoes got in and bit us. The shower had gaps and it would get the floor wet.
