Access to & from road is difficult. Resulting in the need to go round the block several times.

Finding the entrance to the parking lot was confusing and difficult. There was construction being done on the hotel and they placed us in a room where the construction was being done right outside our window. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful in finding us a quieter room. Our room was neat and comfortable and the hotel was located to the sights we were interested in seeing. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice people. Nice place. Close to downtown and harbor.

Every one of the staff was exceptional. They made us feel welcome and acted like they were really glad we were there.

The location was great. The staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast in the morning was good and they made sure everything was fresh and it was nice to get a free newspaper with it. The room was just fine with plenty of entertainment choices on the TV. I would definitely stay there again.

great location, could walk to hugh shopping/dining area

Compared to the sites I have been staying at this hotel takes real good care of it's guests. Except for a difficult entering and exiting because of the highway setup this was an excellant stay. I will be staying here again. The room I stayed in was well cleaned, the bed confortable and good TV reception. Morning breakfast was good as well. I got a kick out of the Pancake Maker.

Fitness room was great! A little bit of a journey getting down the hallways to the room with luggage. But overall it was very clean and nice place to stay. I would stay here again when coming to the area.

Even though it was a short trip, It was "Great" Everything was close, the hotel was excellent, the staff was very friendly and they even call to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything, to let them know. We had continental breakfast, which was way more the your usual continental breakfast, So in general, we are looking forward to return to Annapolis and we would surely stay at the Holliday Inn again.

Overall, it was ok. Lacked ammenities that are nice in summer...pool, etc. Business office and exercise area small, but complete. Breakfast was ok, with a fair selection. No decent tea, but that's not unusual for most of USA. We had ants in our room, and couldn't really see where they were coming from. Discovered after having a glass of wine, so once we put that away, it kept them at bay. Traffic in this location is rough during rush hour and entry/exit is awkward. Bathrooms were cute but small, with awkward manuvering to enter tub/shower. But clean. Beds comfortable, but VERY close to wall...small room, so hard to get around 2 double beds in small space. All in all it was ok. Would have liked a fridge....many HIE have this option. Our Ice machine was broken...!

We got one of their suite rooms for the night and there was nothing to sweet about it. The whirlpool barely worked and the room size was not much larger than any other room they had.

The rooms are nice and big, but the hotel is old and starting to show signs of its age. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is served in the morning.

We were quite happy with the Holiday Inn -- the Town Center nearby, close enough to downtown, good hot breakfast, clean room, choices of pillow types, in-room coffee, everything we needed for a good overnight stay. It was all ruined when we were woken up by a rowdy group of women rugby players from UCF there on a tournament! The hotel staff should try to separate the groups from the other travelers to avoid this kind of mismatch.

Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Arranged car service. Breakfast was no undelicious.

When searching for a room, the photo provided by the hotel shows a harbor with ships. In truth the hotel was far from water. The bathroom was very small and cramped with little or no space for toiletries. Its was not worth the cost paid. We had much nicer and spacious rooms on this trip for the same or lesser price.

We have stayed at this hotel before when it was the Days Inn. The rooms are lovely and immaculately clean. While not brand new, you can tell they are very well maintained. We had 2 issues. 1.) The entrance and exit have traffic restrictions. They sit in close to an intersection that is one way and blocked from the far lanes. To go places you have to wrangle with traffic and it will include at least one u-turn per trip. 2.) For us, the mattress was horrible. I did not sleep well at all the two nights we stayed and we chose to forfeit our prepaid third night and drive the 5.5 hours home late that night instead of trying to sleep on that bed. Would give 4 stars except for this mattress.

it's an older place, some patched ceiling places & older bath fixtures, but very clean, comfortable;lots of towels;comfortable bedding; had whirlpool tub--very noisy when filling, but otherwise very nice. only drawback, close to highway, so can hear traffic. Can walk to large, new shopping center with restuarants, wine store, Whole Foods, major high-end retailers. Large choice complimetary breakfast Would stay there again

The first day of check-in, the television was not working/unplugged. Desk receptionist didn't have the key to give us enough towels. She told us to come back. A incline was placed on the steps next to our room. Definitely a hazard. The second day no wash clothes were placed in the bathroom. A stain was in the bottom of the tub. Wasn't worth the price. Room got hot during late night and early morning.

Comfortable, friendly staff with adequate workout facility, business cubicle and breakfast. Has in room wi-fi - near new Parole shopping area and not far from downtown, by car. All in all, it's quite adequate.
