BEACH HOUSE KONSTANTINOS

"Beach house Konstantinos" welcomes everybody. Ormos Korthi is a fishing village 23klm from Gavrio port of island. The house is 150 m from the sea. You can go on foot to the beach. It's very near. It is of 90 sqm and has 2 bedrooms, accomodation for up to 5 persons (4 single beds and 1 sofa suitable for sleeping), kitchen, living room, bathroom, wi- fi, all electrical appliances, solar water- heater, central heating, open parking and a garden around the house. It's a cool and relaxing house. It also has contact with the Batsi- Korthi country road. Our guests have the chance to combine leasure time with greek authentic culture. Special festivities take place every summer. It's worth attending. Our moto is our guests to explore via known and unknown paths of our island Andros.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Falsche Lockfotografie, Foto, falsche Beschreibung

Die Fotografie dieses Ferienhauses auf der Objektseite von FeWO-direkt, die uns vor allem zur Miete bewogen hat ent- spricht nicht nicht dieser Ferienwohnung. Das aufgehellte Foto der1. Etage gehört zu einer langjährigen Vermietung. Die uns vor Ort angebotene Wohnung in 1. Stockwerk hat einen tristen Ausblick auf eine verwilderte Grasgebüsch-Landschaft. Von Meersicht dieser Beach-Wohnung keine Spur. Hinzu kommt ein Gestank von der unteren Wohnung und einer Pferdeweide. Unter diesen Umständen haben wir dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass wir auf diese Wohnung verzichten und habe damit auch die bereits bezahlte Miete ans Bein gestrichen! FeWo-direkt sollte meiner Meinung nach diese Ferienwohnung nicht mehr anbieten, bevor die Mietverhältnisse nicht geklärt wurden!
