Great little hotel close to beach, close to port and restaurants. Breakfast is yum facilities are out of this world .Staff are friendly and helpful with car rental and any other needs you may have......
The bad consistent hot water and uncomfortable beds the good was the location, close to appolo city center and some good restaurants the staff can arrange for most things needed including a car or Atv but not able to fix the water or bed issue
Spent 4 nights as part of an island hopping experience. Booked a suite with a hot tub. Room 136. We had a sea view and the sun all day which was fabulous. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We had complimentary toiletries, tea & coffee and water in a small fridge. The staff were very helpful and offered us advice and a map of the island. Although we were unable to check in immediately we were offered pool towels and changing rooms were available to change into our swim wear to use the pool. The room was made available before the advertised check in time. Breakfast was plentiful and the food was very fresh. The hotel is ideally located to St George’s beach and only a short walk to the Port. We had pre arranged our transfers with the hotel which were smooth, even though our initial ferry reservation was cancelled. You could easily walk from the port to the hotel but a taxi is only €10. Mainly due to the 1 way system. Our stay was extremely pleasant and I won’t hesitate to book again on our return to Naxos. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making us feel so welcome.
What a joy! Beautiful appartment, although lacking in storage for luggage. Staff are superb, Kyriaki, Alex and Theresa, nothing too much of a problem. More like an English breakfast than Greek with freshly squeezed orange juice every day. Access next door to Naxos resort with superb pool, bar, and restaurant....and walk to st Georges beach. ABSOLUTELY nothing to complain about.
Small hotel but great rooms, hotel clean and staff very helpful and informative. Pool is small and not in the sun so not suitable for sunbathing. 5 mins walk to beach with sun beds available €4 each all day. Lots of local amenities. Some great local restaurants to the hotel. 10/15 mins walk to the harbour. Would recommend. We had room 123 on the ground floor. Lovely terrace in the sun.
We spent there a week the last April. We had a simple ,modern and comfortable room especially the bathroom. Unfortunately not enough space in the common places (breakfast-room,lounge). We met difficulties about room service ,furthermore there wasn’t any help with our luggage in the ladders to our room. Rather expensive.
And that’s not just the breakfast. We arrived late on Sunday night, agreed an all in price of €350 for one night in a small room, only one available, and four nights in the honeymoon suite. We paid in cash there and then. No receipt. That was breakfast and local taxes. However, when we checked out, after being forced to stay an extra night because the weather was too bad for ferries to run, that changed. The tax was then added coding another €15 on top of the original €350. The girl who made the agreement and took the money changed her story and said we had a discounted price and that we still owed the tax. To behave like that is very poor. And yes, we paid, as expected, for the extra night. Now, onto the breakfast. The breakfast room is cramped and understaffed. Nothing gluten free available and when we asked if they had anything the girl just pointed to some ham! Seriously?! No attempt was made to get anything so we went to a nearby supermarket and bought a loaf of bread. Why couldn’t they have done that for us? It’s called customer service! One two-slot toaster for 20 people at a time? Ridiculously slow with a long queue is beyond irritating. The selection, especially for a supposedly 4* hotel, is poor. Service was non-existent. We were offered fresh orange juice on the first day but then ignored from then on. Maybe because we asked for something they had no interest in providing. The room was good and the staff initially very friendly but you do not go back on an agreed and fully paid up deal. Would we go back or recommend it? No.
Worst customer experience ever! Do never book at this hotel, if you don't want to lose you money! I was in my honeymoon trip and due to bad weather conditions, all ferries to Naxos were cancelled. So no one was able to arrive there. Even so this hotel don’t want to refund us any cent! On the other hand we were forced to pay twice for another hotel at the same day, because we were trapped in Santorini Island.
The hotel was really nice and the stuff was very friendly. They were always happy to help and took good care of us. The rooms were clean, quite spacy an equipped with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the breaktfast. It was not to big but had a good variety. The pool was unexpectedly small, but since the beach is only a couple of minutes away it did't bother us at all. We enjoyed our time at this hotel and can definitely recommend it.
Nice hotel - clean and tidy with good facilities, if a little "small". The pool is tiny, you wont do much swimming, the Jacuzzi, steam room (which wasnt working when we were there) are also quite small, but ok if there arent many people in the hotel. A short walk into the town centre where you can find lots of bars and places to eat - and not far from the port either.
