The hotel room itself was actually very good. But the hotel reception room left a poor impression. It smelled awful; the receptionist came out with food on his shirt and proceeded to tell me that the room was on the 1st floor when it in fact was on the 2nd. I had a witness with me to confirm.

Do not recommend! STAY AWAY! Walked into the office for check-in and we were standing in their alone for 3 minutes until some guy finally came out. The guy did not say one word when checking in. After getting into the room there was 3 roaches, turned on the tv and there was por* playing. Was there for less then 10 minutes.

This property was not like the photos or the reviews when I walked into my room it smelled like cigarettes and there where random black stains on the walls I didn’t really mind till I found more spots around my room and when k walked into my bathroom there was a couple bugs walking around there where also random people walking around the area speaking really loudly was super hard to sleep this hotel is nothing like it says it is.

The property itself looked nive and clean from the inside of the room and the area is a good distance from the Disney parks. My qualms around them is that even though it did appear this way at first, the floors were sticky and a lot of appliances started to break during our stay.

Front desk person was great and helpful, very close to Disney. However facility needs some maintenance. Shower is leaking water all over the bathroom floor. You can see stains in the walls. Floor needed some mopping, it was dirty and sticky.

Had cockroaches, floor was very dirty and sticky. Some linen was stained. No tables at all to set up anything. Way smaller than advertised, pics online are super edited, looks nothing like it. The bathroom was probably the best part about this place sad to say. Wouldn’t recommend

Great room, looked for a different place rather than our usual near Disney. It was pretty great, except for the floors in our room needed some cleaning. But overall it was a great stay.

We checked in. Gave us room keys. Entered a room that was booked - already had a person inside. A young woman. And we walked into her dressing. They gave us another room. That room was clearly dirty, never cleaned (bed sheets off, wet towels on the floor etc). Gave us a third room. Smelled like weed and had puke on the walls. I have never felt so terrible… imagine being a young women getting dressed and two strangers with keys enter your room. Ridiculous. The pics are cute of the place. The management is beyond atrocious.

Room was Nice it was clean walls a little dirty. No bed bugs which was good. Shower had great water pressure would definitely book again for the price. Not enough parking if you plan on arriving later at Night. All in all pleasant stay.

AMAZING HOTEL!

The stay was absolutely amazing. They exceeded our expectations. first of all, the staff was super friendly at check in and didn’t even charge for parking which is a MAJOR plus for us since parking adds up QUICK on a trip to Disneyland. I will avoid hotels with high parking rates. When we walked into the room, it was extremely clean and we absolutely loved the decor/look of the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable AND we saw they left us FREE snacks and drinks- and a good variety of them. We chose to walk to and from Disneyland and the walk was quick and easy. We will stay here every time!

Cockroaches

The hotel looks like it’s been remodeled. It’s definitely more modern than other hotel/motels. I’ve stayed at in the area. I would definitely consider this a motel. The pictures on their website look great and the room looked great in person and property looked great in person until I spotted a cockroach and when there’s one you know that there’s thousands, but since my family and I were desperate and it was already late, we decided to stay put and just get through the night everything else about the room was decent except for the cockroach situation it’s very unfortunate because it is a cute place before we saw bug we had talked about staying there frequently when we go down to LA but we quickly changed our minds after that.

While the staff and the room are good, they need to hire a better cleaning crew. You could see the streak marks on the bathroom mirror when we walked in. Duvet covers had some dark spots. The people who did the second maid service did a better job and it look good. So, first impression not too great but the second time was better. They also offer complimentary snacks which was a great addition. Overall pleasant stay, it was just the cleaning.
