This would have received 5 stars, however, the AC was placed in an awkward spot that made it difficult to feel the cool air and caused quite a sleep disturbance. Other than that, everything else was great. I do suggest trying to stay on the highest floor as having anyone above you will sound like dinosaurs walking across your ceiling. That was also another cause for sleep disturbance. The kitchen and its items were SO convenient! Had a little trouble with my shower but the maintenance came in less than 2 minutes and fixed it immediately!

The staff was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The room had a ton of amenities. We would have liked another chair in the room, but other than that it was very accommodating. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, and everyone we spoke with was very nice. But the wall were in the thinner side we heard people up and down the hallway and from the floor above. Had an issue with the tub not draining quickly but called the front desk and they had it taken care of. The room its self has very poor phone reception and the WiFi was unavailable for most of our stay. But it was exactly what we needed for this trip and appreciated the cleanliness.

The room was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We slept like babies lol. Our room had a full kitchen and the shower was very nice. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again soon

The rooms are great and love the amenities , staff and especially the house keeping. They’re the most sweetest, courteous and great service. This was the 4th stay this year for that reason . Although this time I wasn’t to pleased with the the check in reception.staff member.
