Close to train station

The only thing that i really like about the hostel is its location - very close to yhe Central station and within walking distance from all the major sights. The cleanliness of the hostel is ok, but could be better. The kitchen is not open 24 hrs, which was a bummer for me. I had to check out early because of the early flight and couldn't even drink a cup of tea :(

Stayed at this hostel for three nights on a backpacking trip. Great location just walking distace to the train station. Walking distance to many of the museums, etc. Many restaurants, and cafes nearby. Free breakfast which is always a plus. The hostel itself is okay. I stayed in a 12 person mixed dorm, which I would not recommend. Too much traffic. There were people that snored, people that kept going in and out of the room constantly, slamming doors, etc. But not the hostels fault. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is definitely the place to stay. The rooms are just basic, but got really messy with so many people in one room. The smoking room is a tad small, for being in Amsterdam, where literally everyone smokes. Good bar with 2 or 1 drinks, but gets very crowded on the weekends. Try to arrive later because check in can be a bit hectic, and crowded during that time. I also liked that they had a singer on one of the nights that I was there, then it turned to a sort of open mic. Some of the hotel staff sang songs which was enjoyable.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate your feedback! We're happy to know that you enjoyed our central Amsterdam location :) We're sorry to hear that you didn't have the chance to have some breakfast before your early flight, unfortunately we don't keep our kitchen open 24 hours as our staff uses it to prepare Breakfast in the morning! We hope in your understanding and that you enjoyed your stay overall!

Hey there ;) Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know a bit more about your stay with us! We are pleased to hear that you found our security good and were able to enjoy our 24 hour bar snacks! Thanks for mentioning our employee hall of fame ;) Great that you were here for one of our open mic nights and had a nice time! We are sorry that there were some snoring guests in your room. We offer free earplugs at reception to help with this and also have smaller rooms of 6 or 4 to minimise room noise! Thanks again and happy travelling!
