There were a alot of dining options within walking distance and the hotel had a bar with food service. Also a Starbuck inside lobby
The rooms were clean and comfortable but there’s an extra charge on everything at this hotel. $5 water bottles and no real options close by to avoid the charge. Elevators had extra security scanners that didn’t work very well.
The Sheraton has always been my go-to hotel in Albuquerque. My stay at the Uptown hotel was my first since COVID. The hotel needs attention to detail i.e. burned out lightbulbs, scraped and damaged furniture, loose fixtures in the bathroom, sloppy/dirty looking caulking around most surfaces in bathroom. I know the hotel industry took a big hit over the past few years, but please get it together. We have a 10 year relationship! I'm not ready to move on quite yet.

I like the location because is close to the restaurants and also to the shopping stores. If you driving to these locations is only 10 minutes or less.
I reserved a king room and got two queens instead. I checked in late at night and when I went to go to bed the first queen was dirty with what looked like unwashed fruit punch stains. So decided to use the other queen. Pulled back the blanket and it had black hair all over the sheets. They moved me but it was very inconvenient

Excellent customer service, clean facilities, clean room, car was not broken into which was a plus, Starbucks coffee available for purchase which is another plus, key card is also used for operating the elevator so safety is a high priority at this hotel, the pool was clean and a key card is required to enter the indoor pool area. Overall a great 2 night stay and I was very impressed by the friendliness from the staff. Places to eat, gas station, and Walmart close by. We will definitely stay again.
After a long day of travel and play I went to the room to take a nice hot shower and the hot water was luke warm at best. I spoke to front desk and they fixed it temporarily. Then next morning jumped in the shower and was a litle warmer but still not like you would hope. Later that evening I went to take a shower and again the shower was luke warm. I will not stay at this facility again.

Friendly front guest staff. The restaurant and fitness areas were closed due to COVID-19. This hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and Coronado Mall. A great place to stay if you are ever in Albuquerque!
