Pro's: Location, easy access to everything we wanted to do - the mountain view from the room was beautiful - Service was absolutely perfect. The desk clerks and manager were extremely helpful and paid close attention to our questions before answering them. The bartender is one fantastic mixologist and knows how to keep her customers enjoying themselves while she fixes their drinks. The price is reasonable for everything it offers. Con's: The shower water pressure was abysmal - The bed was too hard - The drinks were a bit pricey (although superb).

I was driving across country from PHX to Atlanta. I was not sure how far I would go on my 1st day. I was able to arrange this hotel thru Orbitz 1 hour out in route and check in within 5 minutes. Better than great. fabulous accommodations. Only wish I could have stayed longer.

Needed a home away from home for the night. Quiet. Comfortable. Perfect!!

Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Check in was a breeze. We only spent one night, so there isn't a lot to say.

The overall experience was pleasant. I had the chance to visit ALB and the surroundings plus the location is very close to the hway, downtown, and couple of shopping centers

Room was clean and bed was very comfy! I found it very weird, however that the sliding doors had a sort of child lock, which only opened 1.5 inches. So strange. Other then that, great stay! Would totally go back.

This is a nice hotel with a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location 4 shopping. Staff were friendly even if not attending 2u specifically.

The toilet seat constantly wiggled. My husband tried to fix it, but it kept wiggling. There was no lightbulb in one of the lamps. We were disappointed in this Sheraton hotel.

Good: Generally really clean; pleasant and helpful staff; superior location; great baroom with some average live music; clean pool and hot tub; good locally-owned restaurants near-by; shuttle service was great. Not so good; Couldn't get into my room until after 4 p.m., filthy carpet in my room.

The hotel is centrally located, it is close to many restaurants, brew pubs, ect.

The battery in the door that reads the room keys quit working twice and we were locked out of our room both times. Staff was quick to see that it was fixed.

The first night we stayed in room 340....very nice. Next night we stayed in room 230 and the room wasn't as nice and a bit dirty.

I was on a 9 day trip with my 14 yr. old grandson; we drove around Albuquerque checking out different sites and places. In particular, we visited Old Town for some shopping and different ethnic restaurants around Albuquerque. We drove up to see the Valles Caldera in the Jemez Mts. and then on up to Bandelier National Monument. Though it was quite hot, it was worth having my grandson experience being able climb up the ladders into a couple of the "rooms" in the side of the cliffs. He was amazed at how much cooler it was in those rooms. Prior to driving up to Albuquerque, we had the good fortune to stay in a friend's cabin in Ruidoso, using it as a home base from where we visited The White Sands Natl. Monument under a full moon and the Rebecca Inn at Cloudcroft, as well as shopping in Ruidoso. All in all, he was very impressed with everything he experienced. New Mexico, in my opinion, has so much to offer and well worth a family vacation, in any season of the year.

The staff was accommodating and eager to help when we had a problem. The odor from the air conditioning was very pungent and strong. We had to change rooms due to the odor. The front desk staff accommodated the change and the new room was better but still had an odor. Housekeeping helped by giving us an air freshener. It was stated by some staff that the air conditioner was not properly cleaned when it was started and now the odor was present.

I have stayed here a number of times and always come back. It is comfortable and clean and accessible to the uptown area. Nothing opulent, but still very nice and worth the price. It is worth a look.

Overall a good property but thought it was a bit noisy in rooms from the outside. Also pillows were not adequate and had to ask for additional pillows. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate their guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel in general was very quiet. The only small complaint I had was that the breakfast/lunch restaurant seemed to be understaffed, and I waited a very long time for my food. (The servers, however, were very good) I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to others.

I was traveling from Los Angeles to Tennessee and decided Albuquerque would be my first stop. The hotel is pretty much off I-40, which was perfect. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well. I booked the room just a hour before my arrival. Check in was simple and fast. The room was very large and the beds are comfy.

From the moment I checked in till the time I departed, I had a wonderful experience. Everything was quick, fast and easy and available at my disposable. My room was very spacious with a nice comfortable king size bed. I also had a nice view overlooking the uptown area which was very pleasant. With it being the holiday weekend, the hotel was generally quite and peaceful. Overall, I will defiantly be visiting here very soon again.
