The room had not been cleaned and beds not made. This was a birthday gift for my spouse. I was offered a refund or to cancel someone’s reservation and keep it. I didn’t want to ruin anyone’s stay so I took the refund. I know things like these happen but what a huge disappointment. I traveled out of town and went back home. What a waste of time, gas money, so sad and unacceptable.

Everything was dirty! Towels were stained and really worn. Shower did not drain. Breakfast was not good. But it was cheap, so I gusss you pay for what you get.

The staff we're friendly but the room was filthy the pool was murky the room was so filthy that we had to leave we only stayed for two hour's there was hair everywhere stairs on the bed and curtains and there we're crumbled everywhere so you should not stay here.
