First of all, we arrived at 2 PM to check in. The app on Hotels.com said 11 AM check-in, and he confirmed that it should be 11 AM check-in, but it will not be until 3 PM before we can check in. I voiced my frustration because we just drove 12 hours to get there. He said give him five minutes and he will have a room ready for us. So we go into room 303, there is a dead cockroach on the floor, there is no trashcan, the shower was the dirtiest shower I have ever seen in my life. The whole room was just plain disgusting. Also, there was no toilet paper and the TV just showed static with a little bit of picture. I went back to the front desk and voiced my concerns about this and the lady there said she will switch rooms for us and give us room 302. Once again, the shower was disgusting and they had a cleaning lady come in and clean it and mop the floors. The bed was also disgusting and the TV had the same problem with static and a little bit of picture on most of the channels. He asked me if I would prefer a Roku for the TV and I said yes. Well, he never came back and brought me a Roku for the TV. Also, once again this room also did not have a trashcan. Oh, and I forgot to mention on the first room they gave us did not even have any toilet paper. Highly dissatisfied and will never stay here again.

Needs better guest service.

Never received room serviced no maid ever cleaned room. Ice machine was broke. Room smelled of weed. No towels were ever replaced no trash cans in room.

This is the worst property that I have stayed. Dirty, no towels, roachs, dirty toilet paper in the wC from previous guest, sheets/pillows dirty, entire room have smoke/marihuana odor, bathroom looked that never cleaned before, I was almost to leave the property but I arrived at 2am, was to tired to take my way again, I just sleept 2 hours and then I left. You have in your name "luxury", please change that. I recommend to dont stay here and look for better options, your car its a better option to stay, believe me.
