Pet friendly and includes a fenced back yard. Comfortable king bed with new mattress and dedicated work area with widescreen external monitor and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Split AC in main area, window fan in bedroom with ceiling fan. Family friendly Kinder Park 2 blocks east. Starbucks, Mandy Cakes (Boutique bakery) and Papa Murphy's 2 blocks away too.

NOT THE AC but do leave indoor lights and fans turned off.
Please leave towels and rags in the shower. Lock the 3 doors, please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
