I really like the fact the fact that is is relatively inexpensive compared to other properties. There are several dining options within easy walking distance and a Dutch Brothers if so inclined (I just prefer black cofffee) nearby. Breakfast could be beefed up a bit, but bagels and waffles were fine with me

Good stay and location

Everything was good. Had a handicap room, king size bed, with a pullout. App said free rollaway bed, but we ended up getting charged $10 and had an air mattress.

Tried to charge me 250 For a mess i never made , ive never had an issue at any other holiday inn with smoking outside n coming in , leaving 1diaper anf a bag of trash yet here they made me never want to come back

The rooms were dirty, if you looked just a little. My employee who had another room had bed bugs in the room. They moved him and I know it’s not their fault but the cleanliness was horrid. Lift up the skirt of the base of the bed and there was garbage on the floor(wrappers and a bottle cap). I have never had problems with this hotel in other areas as I travel for work. This one for the cost compared to other hotels in the area was not where it should have been. 140 a night and we could have found a place for much cheaper that was more clean. I’ve never left a review but we changed hotels and found a Hilton for 130 a night.

This was a nice hotel, probably the best one we've stayed at in Albany. Would be happy to return here. The facility was clean and felt updated/modern. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was surprisingly good.
