We stayed at the Best Western while visiting Oregon State, which is an easy 5-10 minute drive away. We loved the tree-themed decor in the rooms, the cleanliness and the convenience. We'd stay there again.
This was a well kept, older property. The staff was friendly and warm. However, two different housekeepers opened the door to my room before my checkout time even though I verbally responded to their knock. Stairwell smells like pet urine.
Convenient location close to OSU and downtown. Nice hot sauna, friendly, helpful staff.
Centrally located, we always stay here because of how clean the hotel is and how nice the rooms are.

Property looked nice, was clean, and friendly staff. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the springs squeaked horribly. It woke my wife and I up several times during the night. Everything else was good, but the most important part was a fail.

I liked the suite-style room and the ability to adjust the tv to different viewing positions. The closeness of a grocery store was a bonus. Overall the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Would stay again.
I had to change rooms because my first room the refrigerator was not working and when I open the door it was full of ants also my new room the shower took about 10 minutes for it to get hot water
Pros: The room was very good, with a large bed with a good mattress. There was also a sofa and desk with a chair. Power outlets were available next to the bed. Easy free parking. Pretty standard "full breakfast". Cons: Wifi was iffy. We could hear pacing from the unit upstairs late at night and early morning. This was louder than normal.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Wifi was too difficult to connect to and breakfast was disappointing. Too small a room for this size hotel - food ran out and no seats available. It was obvious they were very understaffed! Present staff was doing their best.
