Basic room with average accommodations. We stayed with few options on OSU move in weekend. The fridge didn’t work but the freezer did. The cold water under the bathroom sink had been turned off. My husband turned it back on and then it was full of black sandy looking stuff. They gave us some bottles of water to make up for it.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Allowed us a late check out and nobody even so much as knocked which sometimes isn’t the case w a late check out, housekeeping may still come a knockin. Lol Not here w us.

Check in was awesome. Love the linoleum floors in the rooms and no carpeting. I checked out a day early due to a medical issue. No acknowledgment or ask if I was ok or wanted a refund.

The friendliest helpful staff*from housekeeping, desk, manager. Great price*clean*met all needs*very helpful in giving us directions to sightseeing*restraurants.The only thing I recommend is new harder mattresses.

I’ve stayed here countless times as a hybrid student at OSU who drives down for in-person classes every few months. This hotel is nothing more than the basics in terms of accommodations, but I’ve always had good experiences with the desk staff and a clean room!
