Broken faucet. Chain on door missing. Bed cover not clean. No covers for coffee cup. Poor quality breakfast food. Uncomfortable mattress. Dirty windows. Noisy.

Clean and comfortable but very, very basic. For the money, there should be more. A plus: this is in a great location.

The front desk clerk was non-existent after my initial check-in. On my last morning there I went into the front office, TWICE and ding ding ding'd the bell on the desk. Nada. And there was someone behind the office door because as I walked in, they were closing that door. Totally bizarre. Also, tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room would not work. The tub was very slow going on the draining part. It's a pretty sketchy parking lot with some questionable characters loitering outside the pub which is about 20 yards away from the motel. But if you go out the back parking lot of the motel, there is a nice river walk. BUT sketchy characters wandering around there too. And that was at 8am!

We stayed here for two nights and paid over $424 for the two nights. The room and facilities is exactly like an older motel 6. Not worth the price. The bed was small and the room was hot, loud, dim, small and still has a tube TV with very limited channels.

This was a below average property. Cutting corners when and where ever possible.

This hotel seems very old, however room is clean, there is free wifi(although we didn't.use it), the tv is newer flat screen, bed is ok, the free "breakfast" is coffee, juice, and cheap packaged sweet rolls (reminds me of high school 50 years ago). Coffee was hot but weak. Certainly not an adequate breakfast. We walked to the Broken Yolk.

The Willamette River is out the back entry- river walk and downtown and even the university are all within walking distance.

For a budget motel, the Rodeway Inn was everything we needed and more. It was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. You can easily walk downtown to shop, eat, or enjoy the riverfront path. Our room was on the second floor and faced the street. There was no problem with noise. The A/C. worked fine. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but I slept decently. Free parking. For the price, this motel was a great value.

Hotel amenities top rated and good services provided.

The manager was the rudest person I have ever met.The room promised free wi-fi but none of my devices could connect to the network. When I called the manager to ask about it he screamed at me telling me that I should get my devices checked. I had an iphone, an ipad, a lenovo yoga tab and a samsung handphone and none of them could connect to their network.Instead of even trying to see whether the wi-fi in the room was okay or not the manager asked me to call mac support instead. The room was very dirty, old and shabby and the bed had bedbugs that caused my 2 year old daughter bites and rashes all over her body. You cannot get any sleep in this room as the air-conditioner is an old window type one that makes the loudest noise. The room is not anything like you see in the pictures. So please avoid this hotel at any cost. The manager is an Indian man who screams and shouts at guests all the time.It was a complete waste of my money. The Super 8 hotel just across the street seems a far better cleaner and safer option at similar price.

To start, the check-in process was good, as there was not a wait and the employee was professional in the process. I was able to park right by my room, which had a nice view of the Willamette River across the way. The room had good furniture and fixtures, of a quality nature and well-functioning, although not seeming to be brand new by any means. The wifi worked pretty well, not perfectly, but at least as well as most hotels at which I have stayed. The location was very good, as it was right by the river, which has some walking areas along it, as well as in close proximity to downtown as well as OSU. The area was reasonably quiet at night, peaceful even being near a highway. This is a place I will look at staying in the future when I may visit Corvallis again.

We were looking for an inexpensive stay in Corvallis, and for a one-star hotel, this was a good value. The room was clean. We did ask for a "quiet" room (as another reviewer noted the road noise) and stayed on the second floor, front-side of building, with no noticeable noise. Staff friendly. No frills continental breakfast of coffee and packaged pastries and bagels. The only negative- and concerning- was the manager/staff left both entry doors propped open 24 hours so ANYONE could enter the building at any time.

I was in Corvallis for a wedding. Hotel options are limited near downtown and this was priced right. That being said it was a cheap hotel and I got what I paid for. The bedding is not that nice and the room is very basic and somewhat old. As the title states, this fit my need and was inexpensive. If you are looking for more than a place to sleep for a few hours, you might want to look into something with more amenities and style.

I usually don't write reviews-- especially negative ones-- but this place really needs improvement and I've stayed at plenty of ~$50/night, 1-2 star hotels that are far superior. The only redeeming factor is that the front-desk staff are quite pleasant, otherwise there were numerous issues: - Bed: blood spots on both pillows that clearly haven't been washed and are easily visible under the pillow covers; old stains on bed sheets; random hairs on sheets - Carpet: heavily stained, burn marks, smelled like mildew - Continental breakfast: watered-down coffee, OJ, white bread, Little Debbie cream snacks, sub-par to say the least - Internet: didn't work the entire time (other guests also commented they could not connect) - Power outlets: so old that the plugs would spontaneously fall out of most of them - Cable TV: grainy on most channels - Shower: alternated between scorching hot and ice cold the entire time

It sits on a park that runs along the river. with nice trails between 2 highways, one to town and the other out. convenient to and close to downtown and it is a 5 star town with something going on every day. The rooms are plain and very clean.,, with no frills but prompt service. We were comfortable at i/2 the usual price.

Room was about what you would expect not bad for the price breakfast didn't have much went to mcdonalds

We needed a clean place to sleep and move on with our travels.

You can't call there continental breakfast by that name. The cheapest I ever experienced. And even it says "open 7- 10", it will not, and no one to ask.
